@@brandona9326 I've only done one NG+ playthrough. I don't really like them. I prefer a clean run, just with different builds. I find it to be more fun that way, but that's just me.

Bro, that first location, I’ve just visited it and there was no stone just some random stuff 😭 I killed the boss and it didint dropped it to,so both first 2 doesn’t work. Or it’s because I haven’t updated the game

hopefully they fix the normal weapon progresion in the next souls game it is terrible in elden ring

To get there, you need to progress through Ranni The Witch Quest.
You'll need to defeat a few bosses though.
I skipped that one because i was having trouble with astel. She's hard for melee classes

You have to progress ranni questline and eventually you will get there, if I remember that correctly
complete rannis quest until thte point where u beat astel. theres a lift in the boss room that takes u there. no other way

Only "Sellia Crystal Tunnel" individuals drop Smithing Stone【7】 when defeated.
