I loved the massages and the exercises but skilled❤
I have been doing this for a week, my eyes are look beautiful in the mirror and when I take photos, Jennie checks are slowly coming and my jawline is getting better, will update on a month!

@@mitalighosh6399 if you stop doing it in a few days it goes back to your original face which kinda sucks but I’m not sure how long I have to do this or if it will be permanent.

Day 1: Not a huge difference( i have almost the same face shape like jenny) my jaw right afterwards is more defined.
Day 2: My jaw line gets more defined and my cheeks are fuller.

Please read this and reply for me...... Now iam 16 years old girl.... Start to do nose exercise to get slim because my nose was very flat.. When I was 15 ..14 year old some times I did nose exercise and it get normal shape... When I had flat nose it's note affect my beauty.. Everybody compliment about my beauty.. But I felt insecure about my nose and I did exercise when now i study in plus two .everybody compliment about my beauty and my eyes also.. That time my nose not affect my beauty... One day I did too much hard massage on my nose I got pain and it get too shrink and narrow hole day by day and it's bridge get small and my face totally change and my friends also said that iam totally change.. My nose get too small it not suits my face.. I don't know why god did this for me iam crying a lot anybody please tell it would be back to normal ..I hope like this

So here guys I'll share my routine so maybe this can help i did this for 2 weeks
Day 1 ✅ A little bit of differents in my face and eyes
Day 2 ✅ Still abit of difference but my eyes are starting to look Like Jennies
Day 3 ✅ so I can see Alot of difference iny eyes and I'm starting to see a change in my cheeks and Jawline
Day 4✅ It's Still Like The same On Day 3 But I got more Jawline shape
Day 5 ✅WAIT I'm starting to get Jennies Face
Day 6 ✅ OMG I have Slim Chubby Cheeks now Okay so This works I said I was ganna try it for 2 Weeks But it already worked
Btw It Took Me about 25 Minutes to do all these exercises in 1 Day so Hope This Helps
