Hello, I’m ready to continue explaining the moments of Chainsaw Man (no spoilers). 1) Regarding civilian demon hunters, these are hunters who work for themselves and who take orders to eliminate demons, something like mercenaries. 2) The Soviet Union was mentioned in this episode, and you might have a question: at what time do the events of Chainsaw Man take place? Well, this is not a spoiler, so I will say that the event takes place in 1996-1997. 3) And so now you know that demons are the embodiment of human fears of this or that concept, and the more people fear this or that concept, the stronger the demon that embodies this concept. But I also want to add that demons also have abilities that are somehow related to their concepts or to human ideas about their concepts.
