That end part is actually not a trumpet, its a saxophone! Theyre playing what's called Altissimo notes, which is basically having such an incredibly tight control over your air flow and embouchure (mouth posture essentially), that you can force the instrument into producing incredibly high notes outside of the typical play range. They're very hard to learn and get good at, especially to a degree where you can do them every time without squeaking or honking.
