She has an amazing voice her high notes are crystal clear light bright sweet sugary tone with insane agility and a silky and airy low notes making her a light lyric coloratura soprano
Amazing Dessay! Saw her in recital only last month, accompanied by the great pianist Philippe Cassard, and she still sounds wonderful. She performed Lieder and French melodies and even some opera arias. It was beautiful.

Dessay’s G#6 is absolutely out of this world.
Estensione straordinaria. Non amo le sue interpretazioni che sono ,per tutti i personaggi, sempre nevrotiche

what is she singing at the first A(2:38)?
Ravel: L'Enfant et les Sortileges - Arriere! Je réchauffe les bons
7:02 that's a A6 with vibratto 7:07 that's a G#6
I never want to sing A6. I never want to sing G#6 in Glitter And Be Gay. I just go to G#5 in head voice instead.
1:04 if you included G#3 why in the title you wrote Bb3?

@@audiobook5860 no, there are 2 semitones of difference between g#3 and bb3
