I think there are some great jump scares throughout, and Sasha gets close enough to escaping a number of times which helps keep the tension high. The lightning flashing is really cool and the music is very memorable. Plus I think Tara Reid is a great screamer and she looked good doing it to boot!
I would've much rathered Sasha be the lead.
I felt very bad the first time I watched this movie 😢 I really got to like Sasha and seeing her being chased and killed really hit me 😢 she was such a nice character

I'm so deeply into Sasha's death scene up to the point to compare it with one of the most absolutely memorable horror movie's chases ever seen: Prom night's Wendy's one.If you steadily stare at them, in both cases either Wendy and Sasha get to live longer than the rest of these film's character's deaths.I consider they were both smart enough to almost make it through and run away from the killer.But in this case in the very last scene before death takes place, maybe Wendy was a bit smarter than Sasha with regards to the place they chose to hide from him/her.Sasha made a wrong decision by picking up that office where she knew she had no choice to get a way out and survive.Her death is so sad: she could have made it just by choosing a better place to hide.Whereas Wendy did maybe pick up a better place to hide but she shouldn't have screamed when she saw that blood falling down from the roof.That's how the killer was out of her will warned she was hidden there.And there's other in common detail among both chases: none of them was revealed and they just were left up to viewer's imagination.As for me I guess Sasha was beheaded whereas Wendy was dismembered.So we can guess it was a brutal death for them both anyway 🙏😉 I loved both scenes and respective actresses and both movies too 😍
This scene always makes me sad.She was one of the few character's who is actually likable, and they seemingly give her the most cruel and drawn out death scene.
Casey Becker, Helen Shivers and this one are without a doubt the best chase scenes in horror movie history! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
