I have a similar story..left south delhi after father's retirement and shifted to Rohini..know family members spent 4 hours in travelling to noida and gurgaon daily.

jokes apart it's true. so many people can relate to this.water quality worst, streets damaged but nowadays many streets are under construction and new water pipe line laying. but god knows when will be all work done.
