My mother joined the Church when she was probably very close to your age, she was likewise introduced by good examples of kind people in her high school while living in Southern California.
Not even sure that some of those influences even know that she joined the Church once she got into college but what a blessing that decision had been in the lives of her 4 sons, in the lives of our spouses and our children now.
Her brave decision has allowed for so much light and goodness to come into our lives and into my kids lives and eventually their children’s lives. I am so so grateful she made that decision in her youth and likewise hope you have all of the same blessings in your life that our family has been blessed with.
God does in fact live He is our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ is our Savior. ❤

You should probably look into the life that Joseph Smith was living and really ask yourself. Could this man have truly been a man of God? And I think once you learn all the facts about Joseph Smith, you will think otherwise!
I completely disagree. I bet I know 10 times as much as you do about Joseph Smith, and I know that he’s a prophet of God. I will send you a book that has firsthand accounts of 100 people who knew him personally, and they and their experiences carry much more weight than someone’s thoughts in 2024. Would you like me to send you the book for free?

The more you learn about the FACTS of Joseph Smiths life and accomplishments, the more you understand that he truly was an inspired Prophet of God. No one can disprove that or the divinity of the Book of Mormon. God bless.

Honest blood was shed for ALL of God's word because it is THAT precious and important to guide us back to our Heavenly Father.
