    ***************Millet Smoothie Recipe*********************
    💧Ingredients(serves: 2 cup):
    - 1/4 cup kodo millet (use any foxtail millet or little millet or barnyard millet)
    - 1 ripe banana
    - 1/2 cup fresh coconut (or use any milk)
    - 4-5 dates (or 2-3 tablespoons jaggery -adjust to taste)
    - 3-4 cardamom (optional)
    - Ice cubes (optional)
    - 3/4cup Water for cooking millet + 1.5 water for grinding smoothie + extra for soaking
    💧Instructions:
    1. Rinse the millet. Soak for 30 minutes or overnight. Drain and cook until soft. Allow to cool down.
    2. In a blender, combine the cooked cooked millet rice, ripe banana, coconut, dates
    3. If you like a hint of cardamom flavor, add cardamom or (a pinch of cardamom powder) to the blender.
    4. Add enough water
    5. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a colder shake,
    6. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more dates or honey or jaggery if needed.
    6.Add a few ice cubes to a serving glass. Pour the millet banana smoothie and serve it chilled. You can garnish it with some chopped nuts of your choice
