Best bet is to breed them until you get a decent IV riolu (doesn't have to be the best) but you can try breeding for as long as you want until you get one you like. Then evolve that riolu into lucario and breed it with the parent lucario you had from the start. And just keep breeding them.

Hello! I don't know if it is a glitch or not but when I breed two charmanders and hatch the egg only male charmanders will hatch. I have done half a box and all are males
It's because Charmanders female gender ratio is alot lower than the male,which makes it alot harder to get a female. Maybe try switching the male charmander with another?
When checking the stats of a Pokémon, you will find the word IV at the top. All the numbers below that are the Pokémon's IV stats. The IV numbers can range from 1-31, if a Pokémon has multiple 31 IV stats means it has good IVs
The chance of them being able to breed with each other decreases if both of the pokemon belong to you (as in you being the original trainer). So I think you just got unlucky with the chances

It's probably because both the parents have 31 ivs for attack, so normally the offspring would have more chance of getting max attack ivs. There's a 3% chance of getting a 31 iv in each stat, so just keep breeding and you'll find one with a 31 ivs in a different stat. Then you can swap it out with the original parent. It'll take a while:)
I got a question though. If the current breeder has a 3x31 stat but the other 3 are low but then I breed another one that is the same gender and has the same ivs in the same category but has a little better ivs in the other 3 than the breeder, should I switch it out?

Well for breeding, not really. You can't really pass down base stats when breeding the ditto since those can't be changed

Little question I get confused like really confused do I have to put the destiny knot on 3 or 4? Because when I put it on 3 it’s not working it stays 3.
You still gotta do a little more breeding for it to get to 4. It just speeds up the proccess
