    Ingredients required:
    (1) Chagem Utti :
    Pangkhokla / Taro leaves, 200g
    Palak ( spinach)+Monsaubi ( Lamb’s quarter/ Bathua)+Hawai maton ( pea plant bud), 200g
    Chagem ( broken rice), 200g
    Chives, 1 cup
    Hooker chives roots, 1 tbsp
    Ground Ginger, 1 tbsp
    Chopped Coriander leaves, 1 cup
    Whole jeera, 2/2 tbsp
    Methi seeds, 1/4 tsp
    Mustard oil, 150 ml
    Salt, as per taste
    Green chillies, 20 to 25
    Water, as per requirement
    (2)Heiban Mana Kangsu
    Finely chopped Heibamana ( wild fig leaves ), 250 g
    Red potatoes , 7 ( small )
    Red chillies , 16 to 20
    Ngari ( fermented dry fish ), 6/7
    Salt, as per taste
    (3)Koukha Bora (Arrow head fritter / recipe)
    Koukha/ Arrow head, 200g
    Besan, 1 cup
    Chives, 1/2 cup
    Coriander, 1/2 cup
    Whole Jeera, 1/2 tbsp
    Mixed Masala Powder, 1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder, 1/4 tbsp
    Salt& red chilli powder, as per taste
    Water, as per requirement
