Great video of the ladies. It’s sad seeing the Ryerson in lay up for all these years. I wish they would consider turning her isn’t a museum if not sailing her again. She is one very unique looking freighter ❤
I hope so too, or at least some type of preservation. It's got such a classy, and unique look to it. Thanks for the comment, and watching!
Always amazed at the age of some of these ships, love the fact that one of them was an old WWII ship and it's still going!
It is amazing how long some have been in service, and the many modifications they've seen over the years. They're rich in history. Thanks for watching!
So incredible that ships like that move around without taking out bridges. Nice!
They exercise a GREAT deal of caution while negotiating the waterways in the Twin Ports. Lots of skill to ensure safe operations!
@@SD457500 indeed. Also the rigs have to be all there. But, some really good experience with predictive and preemptive planning for turning and stopping.
I wondered where the A.M.Anderson did winter layover. Thanks for clearing the mystery for me.
the third one looks like a proud Canadian! ;) great video Douglas! :) from your Canadian friend
Glad you enjoyed it! I knew I had to include the Canadian ship in there.
Yay trains!
More boats in this one! :p Thanks for watching!
Hey Arthur M Anderson is also the sister ship of the Edmund Fitzgerald. Basically you’d be looking at the admin Fitzgerald right now because they were identical. If the Edmund Fitzgerald was around today, it would be a self unloader too
TY for the video ..interesting except for the music... can't hear you w/music out front.
Appreciate it the feedback; it helps to make future videos all the better. Thank you for watching!
