Thanks Will, they truly are very easy to build and maintain. That is why they are the most raced vehicle out there and Mazda has many many support avenues for us to build on. Glad you like the videos
Again learned more cool things from you. - -making knives outta that rear sway bar . -Didn’t know that grease was just dielectric grease. Any plans to do a video on drive shaft replacement and diff.?
I hadn't planed on it, but sure can make one for you. Oh yeah I was a Forged in Fire fan and started turning my worn out Miata parts into knives and stuff. Thanks for watching
No the opposite, but we use them to aid in traction not the only component to adjust. In the rain we disconnect them to make more body roll so sudden changes in the steering wont cause the car to go out of control.
Is that why my rear likes to oversteer so easily in the rain. I'm going to give it a try and remove my rear sway bar and end links. Will it ruin my alignment?
About the sway walk, what would you recommend as a remedy to prevent the walk from happening? Just installed a Whiteline kit on my NB and the rear sway is walking really bad, making the end link touch my stock coilovers.
@@aracing Thanks for the reply! I already found a fix which mimics the Racing Beat stops. Found a rubber hose that will fit on the swaybar, split it and then clamp it down right near the sway bushing (without the metal touching the bushing), then cranked down on the clamp as much as i could. It's stopped my swaybar walking and so far looks like it'll last awhile, hopefully.
I love this series. So far this spec miata seems like something the average handy guy can do in their garage.

COOP
...
You bet
woo another great video keep em coming
I want a cool name like yours. All I ever get is Big Al or Angry Al. Thanks for watching Miata Mike, even writing it down is cool. Dang
Good stuff Al. Would you say stiffer sway bars actually reduce traction?

Can you do front upper ball joints?

Newer sway bars come with anti walk on the sway bars already. You could weld a washer cut in half to the bar to prevent them from walking around.

I just got this same kit and started installing it. I noticed that two of the spacers are twice as thick as all of the others. Where do these go?
