Materials needed for installation:
-7/16" socket
-Socket wrench/nut driver
-Phillips screwdriver
-1/4" drill bit
-Drill

I think the rack is meant to be rotated another 90 degrees from the way that you have it so the hole is on the top of the top rail and then the other bracket rests on the bottom rail of the cart.
This is the only way it will work on the beach cart. It doesn't work like that on the beach cart. These racks were made for a different cart.
Do these come in pair? Or I have to order 2
Just so you know -They do not work for the Sr or Jr cart. I had to drill holes in them to make them work. They are made for a different cart. To answer your question this comes in a 2 pack. After i manipulated its function it works great. If I were you I’d order from -surf fishing solutions for the best option. Find them on Facebook. Or any metal worker that fabricates things to your needs.
You installed these wrong. You might want to pull the video to prevent others from making the same mistake.

@@staugustinesandmanfishing I owe you an apology sir. You are indeed correct. I just received two sets of the sand spike holders and - sure enough - they do not work as intended on a Fish N Mate Senior cart with balloon tires for two reasons: 1) The spikes on the rack wouldn't clear the tires; 2) Even if they did clear the tires, the gap between the two hooks on the holder does not match the gap on the side rails of the cart. Great opportunity for a new product from Fish N Mate! I could install them the way that you have in your video but I don't like the stress it would put on the top rail of the cart. I'll have to go to Plan B for the time being. PVC tubing, here I come! ;-) Thanks!!!
