Axialfest Badlands Day 3 Fun in the sun

Axialfest Badlands Day 3 started early.
The Ultra 5k was hot and brutal. The camera suffered damage and kept shutting off with an overheating warning ⚠️ Sorry no footage during the race. Over half dropped out of the race. The rumors from the officials, I was the first Scx6 across the line or the first in my age category. The timing and scoring app used by the official suffered from the heat also, it went blank. However, I did win fifty dollars at Horizonhobby, so... Hell Yeah!!!!
Cooling off at the concourse, looking at some of the most amazing RC one can behold. " Wow, look at that," was all the crowd chattering and murmuring.
Every night was a fun get-together with raffles. The Master MC even got all the dead zombies to enjoy the party.
One of the highlights of Axialfest Badlands 24 is the night run. Hundreds of tiny trucks crawling through the darkness. A glowing ribbon of bobbing lights snaked across the dark terrain. Fun Fun Fun!!!!
That was last of the camera footage as it would not recharge for the next day. Check out @MidwestRCcrawler for a good look at the trails, his camera stayed working.
