As someone who's really interested in videogames as a medium, their history, how they've developed and how lomitations have shaped what can be done with them in terms of gameplay, mechanics and story telling I think this is a great selection of games that shows a good range of all the different experiences you can get from gaming. I've only played a little of occarina of time but ill be sure to give the others a look as im trying to branch out and experience all that videogames have to offer
But should everyone beat dark souls? I feel like there is no point in playing dark souls if you’re just gonna quit once you realize how unforgiving it is, but it’s so rewarding if you commit yourself to it
Randomly came in my recommended and turned out to be a great video! Btw, life is strange seems like a game I would enjoy, do you recommend starting with the remastered collection that came out in 2022?
I haven't played that version so I had to quickly look it up. But it looks like it is basically the first game just with updated graphics, so I'd say go for it! True colors is also not a bad title, if you like story-based games, I didn't like LiS2 that much though. But part 1 is still the GOAT.
I picked up Dark Souls 1 about two years ago. I was intrigued by vaati's lore videos who randomly popped up in my fyp. Two years ago after playing a couple more titles like elden ring and sekiro, it is still by far my favourite.
I like that this isnt just a reading off of the "top 10 game of all time" list, you actually incorporate some interesting less known about gamesime braid. Oh and for me i would need to add outer wilds onto this list, that game is a genuine achievement for games.
I recently replayed DS1 and was shocked how amazingly it aged. Of course the graphics and technical polish doesn't compare with 2024. But damn, the world design of the first half is just shockingly good, not only it aged well, it's is STILL head and shoulders above modern gaming when it comes to that aspect.
I'm always surprised how little Metal Gear Solid is talked about considering how good it is, its also great how the franchise is now being rereleased on modern platforms so more people can access them
I guess it's because Stealth has become very ubiquitous in modern games. It's everywhere and there are some really good games that define themselves through that mechanic, like Assassin's Creed.

You are in for a great ride! This is just the tip of the iceberg!
*limitations
think about playing elden ring instead of dark souls
i think everyone should play dark souls at some point
It might not be fore everyone, but it is worth a try!

Nah
Idk man, someone that doesn't know how games work and how to adapt to it would most likely have a bad time
I didn’t realize how small the channel was until the end of the video, it was put together very well and was super enjoyable!
Glad you enjoyed it! I take this as a compliment :D
found this in my recomendations and im happy i found u, keep up the videos and never give up
Thanks, will do!

It's quite special for me too since it introduced me to this series, and this type of gameplay.

Thank you! Yeah, Outer Wilds is quite a game! Could still get onto another video ;)

Level design on DS1 almost deserves it's own video!

Great video! For some reason it's not showing up in my subscription feed, though 🤔
