    They look awesome. I haven't tried to spatchcock one yet, but looks like a great way to smoke one. I got a camp chef in 2017 it is still going strong. They didn't have the wifi then but this is a great smoker. Keep smoking.

    Yes yes yes. Chickens look dee-licious. Hey where did you get that cutting board at? I def could use one of that size for Texas brisket.

      i was wondering the same i may do level 5 at 225 and see cause i will have steaks on it at the same time this will be my first cook on the woodwind.
