I know this is an awesome workout but it is so funny seeing Neil bouncing over that half ball,the things we do for workouts! Crushing it! can't wait for the uphill Fitness video. that's what I'm working on, so I can keep up with my mates.
I love how Neil had is hands clasped as if he was holding onto an imaginary handlebar. If you look closely his index fingers are out, as if he is covering his brakes :)

do you have any tips on strengthening/stretching your lower back? I've had lower back surgery and want to get back on my bike but it is just to painful. Thanks.
As a 10k runner and long distance biker (no downhill though) , I can see the common strength workouts that bikers and runners have to make... I would suggest more planks though, to get the core stronger so that the spinal cord is not lifting all the pressure.
I really want to do all of these, but I feel like I would get some weird looks in the gym. Fuck it might as well do it, who cares about the weird looks

Why do you do the exercises so slowly? maybe in downhill the movements are more dinamic and rapid.
