yeah i use to work in argos, a lot of the time, the items, people just didn't want them anymore and it's easier to sometimes OTT the story as to why you don't want it anymore, and you end up getting some right gems! well done on this pallet
I used to work for argos for 4 years , those yellow labels are given to staff at tills to 'damage off ' returned faulty products that should be sent back to the manufacturer to fix and resale or recycle ♻️ please be careful when trying to fix products already broken the life of the product ceases its 12 month warranty ...be mindful that if it wasn't fixed and has been resold there maybe more harm than good, however if you have any new products I.e the highchairs it seems like its a bargain !

Just be careful normally the yellow stickers mean faulty items and lots of safety gate where recalled so just check that out. Fab box.

The way I see it is that you brought the buggy and paid abit of shipping and got rest free lol
I'm all for saving a few quid, but I wouldn't want to risk damaged, dirty and faulty returns on my kids. I recently had to return a carpet cleaner to Argos because it kept blowing my fuse box, I dread to think of a nice family buying a pallet with it in and then having a go at fixing it.
If someone know how to it may have been quick and easy fix. So if you pay £150 for carpet cleaner and someone will pay that for whole pallet with 8 staff that are easy fix for them 🤷🏼♀️

i returned one of those push trikes because the wheel would randomly lock sideways and either try to through my LO out or veer them off to the road. Maybe they have not sold one of the dangerous ones, but worth bearing in mind
It does make sense to buy a pallet with mostly broken stuff and a no no especially if it’s for baby equipment, and making your life harder by fixing stuff that might be unfix able and not safe you can get much better second hand or Facebook marketplace or new

Don't forget you paid for the pallet load plus VAT and carriage, so you paid £190, I think you said. No doubt the buggy, the trike, the stair gate and the high chair made this a worthwhile gamble as long as they are safe and usable.
Just be careful with pushchairs and stair gates, some are recalled for safety reasons
If they were recalled they would go back to the manufacturer. It wouldn’t have been Argos ( the retailer) selling them.

My husband's grandad is like your dad Holly been board for the last year so we now have a wooden planter and a picnic come sand pit. 🙂

It’s not £112 though is it? It’s £180 including postage and vat! I’m not convinced....sorry.
Most people collect to avoid the postage fee (and VAT can be reclaimed) hence why I broke down each price.

I’m intrigued, but not enough to risk so much money.
Each to their own, but as an ebay trader, there wouldnt be profit here for me.
I got one of these pallets from them before paid nearly £160 and only managed to sell one item,like someone said before the yellow stickers mean faulty and you can't sell faulty stairgates or pushchairs!!..I used the same company as Holly too,so had to pay delivery charges aswell all in all I ended up being £120 out of pocket.
I made a follow-up video showing most of the items weren’t faulty so we decided to keep them but returns pallets are a big risk (ClickforTaz recently made a video and most of her items were faulty but luckily she made her money back on 3 of the products) they are hit and miss.

what you also need to remember some returns are made up excuses to get a refund so you might get lucky

Every item I want to buy on the Argos is out of stock, it's so irritating. They should take it off if they're not selling it. I give up with them now, no wonder people just buy from Amazon now.

The rocket was on dragons den or the itv rip off and is good if your baby needs to be always rocked it would of definitely saved my arms from hurting so much.

We bought our first walmart baby pallet on Halloween of last year for $750 usd. A lot of stuff needed a part. Luckily I was able to call the companies and pay for parts. Like for strollers, car seats. We got 2 smart trikes in blue like yours. They charged me through pay pal for seat but never sent it. I emailed again and said sorry, their U.S location ran out and if I still wanted the seat from their other office in Germany. We bought a second pallet from Costway. Paid $600 usd. Had a few items that were unrepairable but sold everything else. It's something to do to get a little extra cash. It was fun to open all items. It's kind of like Christmas lol. We are debating about buying a third pallet.

Gotta be so careful! These are returns so they’ve been in peoples homes, you don’t know who has handled these items let alone the warehouse/delivery people. In covid times it is absolutely necessary to thoroughly clean these items, and not just the items but where you have been putting them on display on this video in your kitchen for example...counter tops etc. Lots of companies weren’t even accepting returns for the longest time due to hygiene worries regarding the virus. So to buy preowned items like this in bulk is a risk as far as spreading germs
I had to pre-order the palette (so it had time to quarantine) we also disinfected everything with Dettol Spray.
