Mostly hunted West Tennessee but headed to Missouri this season for a couple of pit blind hunts. Season opens statewide after Thanksgiving.

4 BW teal &1 GW teal this past Sat. Refuge nearby in Texas had a wildfire and pushed a lot of the birds out and into our area. Looking forward to a busy morning!
Out every weekend since oct 17th. Usually were slaughtering the geese but this year were on ducks 10x more than geese. Where the geese at?
I literally haven’t had a full nights rest in 2 weeks because of duck hunting 😂😂😂
Lots of hunting this year our season in Wisconsin ends in 2 weeks, got a decent mix of teal, woodies, mallards, and a few divers and geese. Not nearly as many ducks in the area we hunt this year as a normal year. Keep up the great videos.

I’ve been teal and wood duck hunting so far this year. I hunt mainly in northwest Tennessee around the Reelfoot lake area. Mostly hunting on small watersheds. Haven’t killed anything yet this year unfortunately. Big duck season will be opening here before too long and I don’t know if I could be much more excited! Thanks for the vids Joel, you’re my #1 duck hunting channel!!

I’ve been duck hunting since the opener here in Illinois. I go to school here in Macomb at Western Illinois University, and try to get out as much as I can between work and school! Huge fan of the channel and have been for a while!
I'm out every weekend. Northwest Washington and not doing to bad. Enjoy the channel.
I've been three times in Missouri middle zone far, all on public land 1) 4 man limit on teal season opener. 2) 13 ducks, 5 species on duck season opener. 3) 3 mallards at shooting light on season day 2, and then didn't see another duck.
My 2 year old GSP has been leaps and bounds better than year 1 so far. I couldn't be more proud of her!
Then Southern Illinois opens on Thanksgiving day where I grew up hunting and still go back to a lot to hunt with family.

I have hand painted the majority of my decoys. I bought them in bulk and have painted. Really fun can’t wait to shoot over them. Hunting South West Tennessee. Season opener next week.
I'm just getting back into waterfowl hunting after finding your channel. I have hunted once this year and had some luck in the mid-Missouri area.
Whew I always love it when you drop a new video! Just hunted today, got out about 12 times this year and primarily hunt Lake Champlain, Vermont! That hoodie is awesome!
I hunt in Michigan mostly by traverse city and yes I have been out hunting a few time this year! Shot my very first mallard!

Our season doesn’t start till end of Nov. Do most of my hunting in Indiana some goose hunting in Illinois. I always repaint old decoys. Their to expensive to throw out. God Bless Joel and keep them coming.

Been hunting Oregon, The Willamette valley mostly, the lower Columbia and coastal waterways in the north half of the state. Trying to take full advantage of this pandemic and my abundance of time off.
Got my first wood duck yesterday! Ended up with 2 drakes when the dust settled.
We are about half way through our second season split, 2 mallard limit(only 1 hen) made it easy to limit out solo opening day for me up here in New Hampshire!

Great suggestions. We use homemade decoys that one of the guy's father made back in the 60-70s from a downed white cedar tree. Most are oversize and all are painted flat/matte black with an orange-yellow bill. They work better than the plastic store bought decoys but weigh a lot more. A little black paint once a year and they are good to go.
Been hunting since middle of October. My sons and I hunt in North Idaho. Thanks for the great idea. I have some old pintail hen decoys that I Am going to repurpose this weekend.

I got to hunt the Coastal Zone opener in Louisiana, with my hunting partners last Saturday. Opened the season with a Red Head of all things. Hunting the East Opener in the morning (11/21) and bringing my wife's cousins teenage son for his second opening day hunt. Don't know if it will beat last year's opener, but will be fun none the less. Mainly hunt Louisiana, but have made a few goose hunts in Texas. My goal is to start travelling every couple of seasons and try something different. Good Luck and stay safe on the Arkansas Opener!

Went out about 4 times had a great opener for veterans and the actual opener since then the weathers been blue bird and consistently in the 60’s. Central Kansas has been tough we need to get some colder weather up north to push the birds down here.
I hunt in Utah and have had a few good hunts so far. Great vid on repainting some dekes. I repainted a bunch of goose decoys over the summer that turned out really well.
Been duckhunting since mid October, on public land. Southwestern Idaho. Lots of Greenwing teal and mallards this year.
I haven’t duck hunted yet this year but big duck opener here in Alabama comes in the day after thanksgiving. I do the majority of my hunting in Alabama since it’s where I live but I normally take trips every year with my friends. We are going to Louisiana this year!

Been hunting since the end of September. Next weekend is the end of Minnesota duck season. Hunted couple times in the corn field but mostly water. It’s been a great season. I am sad it is almost over.
Our season opener is next Saturday. Then the following Saturday till end of January. Normally hunt in good ol Tennessee. The mountain north east part that is. Where birds are few and far between lol. But we typically take a trip at least to west Tennessee but the past 2 years we have went to Missouri. I think I may start a shooting videos about not getting limits and the real struggle of duck season lol. I decided to paint my decoys 2 years ago. It was fun and interesting but it took me around 2 months to paint them. Kinda became a perfectionist with them. Good video
I have duck hunted this season. I hunt in Missouri. Been out about 8 times. Been pretty decent considering we haven't had ideal weather.
Just went this morning and used my DIY black duck decoys. I hunt in chutes of the Mississippi River in NE Arkansas
Mine and my buddys duck hunting season is over, there's about a foot of snow where I'm from witch in northern saskatchewan. And we do our duck hunting around Central saskatchewan and the last hunt we went on was a nice hunt.

I’ve killed more ducks this week by movement and less calling then I ever have in the past.! I also painted up a coot from an old decoy, works wonders.! Thanks again

I hunt Minnesota lakes and my season is almost over. I bought one of those hoodies...it’s very comfortable and it has a built in COVID face covering ! Bonus !

I turned some old storm fronts I had laying around into black ducks. They work really well even though we don't have black ducks in Washington State. I have hunted several times but my season has all but ended last week after my dog torn his cruciate ligament.

I’ve got to duck hunt twice this season so far the first was a bust but the second hit a limit on some mallards on our flooded land out in east Texas.

We hunt sandhill crane, tundra swan, puddle ducks, pacific brant, speckle belly's, lessers, and cacklers on the Seward Peninsula of Alaska. Spring hunts as well as late summer and early fall.
Hey Joel, I live and hunt in New Brunswick Canada. The season started on october 1st for us. Been a great fist season with our 16 month old yellow lab Gunner! Next year we will bring his little sister(4month old) Remi out with us as well!

Love the videos, been out quite a bit this year. Hunt mostly Pennsylvania. I know not the best waterfowl state but its home. Would love to go to one of the big waterfowl states just to see the difference in person.

Hunted north Texas opening weekend. Scouting other lakes and hunt mostly north and east Texas with some trips to Oklahoma and Kansas.
Been out 2 times this season finally got some good windy weather Wednesday but not many ducks down yet here in California. Ended up with 1 gadwall no complaints here.
I have gone out a couple times this season in Oregon. Even got my first banded bird.
No duck hunting yet. Season not started in Indiana yet, for the south part. I am hunting Arkansas for the first time in January 2021. Can't wait!

I have duck hunt 2-3 times a week since our season opened in California. I hunt primarily Southern California but I do venture out to Nothern California & Texas. I hunt alot at & around the Salton Sea.
This is my first year going hunting on my own. I’ve only been able to go duck hunting once so far, but I did kill a STUD drake woodie. But the season ain’t over yet, so there’s many for hunts to come for me.

Got to hunt the early season in September with some success. I hunt in western Kentucky.
I hunt in central Arkansas and i haven’t been hunting yet this year. But big plans coming for the up coming days and second split of the season.
I hunt in KY and we have an early wood duck season I hunted in but our main season starts next week.
Got out on some Mallards, Buffleheads, Scaups, and Woodies before the split in southern Ohio. All of my waterfowl season is spent in Ohio.

Been going out each Saturday now for three weeks. I hunt NW Washington State. Been a slow start.
Northern California lots of early spec's but won't work at all. Big grinds get up in the morning going to safe zones, hardly any ducks down from up North (Wash, Oregon). No weather at all for the next 10 days lows of 37 and highs of 65 they feed at night and loaf all day in huge rafts of 2 to 5 thousand birds in flooded rice fields where no hunt properties are. We don't really get going till Dec. Seasons are open in the valley since Oct 24th. Great video's.

Hunted 19 times in northern MN. Our shallow water is now froze and almost all ducks have migrated out. Season closes in 3 days.
I have not been yet this year. I live in Arkansas but my family has land back in Kansas I hunt on with my brothers! Want to hunt here in Arkansas more but don’t have much experience with the environment.

Duck season opens this week, I won't be able to hunt until the first weekend in December. I normally hunt in Northern Alabama on some the of the big lakes and public lands we have.

Tried it out and it looks absolutely awesome!! I did put a flat clear coat to help keep the paint from rubbing off but had no luck. Any tricks on keeping the paint from rubbing off?
