Ngl I really struggled to empathize with Abby after what she did but this mission and especially this sequence really showed that she is a character worth caring about. Such a powerful game.

Ironically, its exactly in this stage when you should not empathize with her! This video starts with Abby saying - "fuck it, nothing is stopping us". That is exactly the moment she becomes Joel in the Hospital. Nothing is stopping her from saving Lev and getting him to those boats. Just like nothing was stopping Joel from saving Ellie. Abby does the exact same thing Joel did, which shows how stupid and pointless her revenge was.

While playing this, I got the same goosebumps when I played Call of Duty World At War: "Vendetta". Both missions have the same message: The horrors of war and what happens when "Hate conquers Love"

I just played this scene last night on my 120 inch screen. 4K HDR Projector with 7.2 surround sound on a 2000 watt system. Not only is LOU and LOU2 the two best games ever to exist, this scene was the most heart pounding, sweaty handed and crazy thing I've ever experienced.
