Battle Fantasia OST - Royal Observatory Plateness (Cedric/Watson Stage)

Music from Arc System Works somewhat obscure fighting game Battle Fantasia. This song is the theme of the royal observatory called Plateness, home of the closet gay Guile-clone Cedric and older-than-he-looks rabbit thing Watson. I like this song, but I don't like the characters associated with it. Cedric and Watson are both annoying characters.
