Jay my Galaxie is having the exact same electrical issue you had at the end of this video. I replaced the pump and it still shorts out. Did you figure out what was wrong?????
Yes! The issue was with the circuit breaker on the starter relay. That controls the top. I had something drawing power there. An amp. It would blow the circuit, so I removed the added load of the amp from that circuit.
