- As my other cars are either broken or waiting for parts, im currently limited to either my Campervan or Patch, my 1967 Morris Minor.
I have been using the camper for commuting but, on the weekends Patch comes out to play!
This is part one of using my Morris Minor as a daily driver where we go to church (twice) and go to the shops. Part two has a slightly different tone but we will get to that next week!

It starts, runs and stops, that's the main thing. Sound-proofing material under the bonnet does wonders in quieting engines down.
Thanks for the tip and thanks for watching
I have a Volvo 345DL and mk1 Astra GTE as well as several classic motorcycles. I would love a Morris Minor, preferably a 4vdoor. The sound is awesome.
Thanks your comment David. I'd love an old Video and have come close to buying a 300 series a few times now. Maybe one day when I have a little more space 😉
You’re a man of many talents … with a fun classic!
Lol thanks for watching
I have driven the whole Morris Minor range throughout the year's and I can attest to Thier reliability, just make sure to grease the stub axle once a year it's one of Thier only flaws, I love these cars, they are economical and reliable.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the car as a whole considering it's age. Thanks for the comment
That sound is like nothing else. One other vehicle that has a great sound track is the Leyland National.
They are quite a distinctive sound
Great car i love older car's great fun.
Thanks for watching
Thanks for sharing. Do you use a crook lock when you leave the car? Even if it’s a bit tatty someone could easily take it as I found out 25 years ago when someone took my scruffy old Capri. I have never got over it 😢
A Capri is in a whole different league in my opinion 😆 It would have to be someone who knows how to use a choke lol. In all seriousness, I do have one I could use.
Trying putting your seat belt on with the door still open.
Yeah that is a little easier lol
