    Sir I want to say one thing watching your videos gives me nostalgic feeling. When I was a kid that time my granny and grandmother they make pizzas in brick oven. Missing those old days thanks for your videos. Never leave brick oven

    NO, only TWO VARIANTS: Margherita and Marinara. PAGE 9 of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. These other pizzas are modeled on the Pizza Margherita dough, BUT DO NOT SAY AUTHENTIC IN YOUR THUMBNAIL. And don't tell the Margherita inspector about these other pies either. LOL!! NON DIRO A NESSUNO CHE NON SEI ITALIANO!!!!!

    L'impasto sembra buono, peccato che tutte le pizze sono bruciate sotto e molto eccessivo la quantità dell'olio, mi meraviglia anche come fa ad usare la pala al contrario...🤪🙈🤔
