Im a random person but im so sorry to hear your dad died. Im sure you would like to move on and me mentioning it probably sucks, but i just wanted to tell you how proud i am of you for simply living on without a father. It must suck, having a fatherly figure your whole life (i assume) and him suddenly disappearing from your life. My mum died 2 years ago, worst feeling I’ve ever experienced. I hope you can find some peace like I did.

So Im trying to figure out the set up here. We got the two lamps for back light with a warmer light on his left (our right) side, not a heavy shining light but something to fill out the room. I cant tell but I think there is a ky light overhead creating the highlights on his hands and in his hair. The sound set up is definitely a challenge on this one, its probably in line with the camera distance wise though with a louder whisper (almost soft speaking) with a microphone with a further range.
You're right, this was a bit of a challenge. There was some tweaking with the lamp lights which resulting in filming the video again because it overpowered the main lights so I headed to the shops midnight to acquire some bulbs which didn't work so I ended up clamping on small lights in the lampshade. All the camera gear was precariously resting on a bed and because of the size of the bed, the tripods and lighting were difficult to position in a more conventional asmr set up. So the adjustments like you said with speaking slightly louder, were made to compensate and then in editing I had to fill the sound up a bit more and take away the rooms echo.

@@FredsVoice you did a good job man. The camera was so still I thought you did it using something like a camera slider essentially being a tripod that can go to the side. The lamps had me completely fooled and worked great, if you plan on doing it again I know Apature makes some pretty fancy bulbs but they are insanely pricey but they are adjustable so you can change the LEDs and brightness and things. I don't usually compliment much on UA-cam but you do a great job with your set ups and got it down as your own style that works great for what you need.
