I freakin love the Doctor! I love the caring roleplays and visual triggers! This is perfect for me! The only thing it's missing is my favorite audio trigger which are sprays.
I find it a tad reassuring but also unnerving when I scroll down my subscription tab to look for ASMR for bed and find that the wee red bar says I’ve watched a particular video already. It’s like getting two new videos for the price of one. Because I apparently didn’t make it through the first time awake, but also can’t remember clicking on it because I must have been tired.
I really really love the moving light asmr. It's one of the rare visual triggers for me. Like someone is gently caressing the back of my eyeballs, can't really describe it better than that, lol.
I have my phone set to go to grayscale when I'm supposed to go to bed and it really makes my phone a lot less appealing and makes it easier to put it aside for the night. Maybe this could help you too

During the different lenses test, i could read til line 6 somewhat with the first and last lenses and til line 2 on the middle ones, is that normal? Or do i have problems with my eyes?
