I have to speak up for this one. I have used this one video to sleep for WEEKS straight. It is such a masterpiece. The softer tone of voice is very soothing and tingly. The lighting is so intricately relaxing, and I especially like the psychedelics going on against the wall. It interacts great with the purple backdrop. The pencil scribbling somehow feels much more enhanced than it does in other ASMR videos.
Let me specially acknowledge the ambience. Fred always nails the ambience of his videos that have it. This videos ambience is particularly brilliant. Ultra tingly sounds layered with such a relaxing tune/soundscape. The combination of relaxing music and sounds just lulls me right to sleep. Spectacular job with the ambience, Fred, you’re awesome.
As a final note, I really appreciate the long format of the video. I share a college dorm with a roommate that snores. The longer the video, the longer my headphones can keep me asleep. You have singlehandedly saved my brain from insomnia. For that you have my deepest gratitude.

My favorite and most used ASMR video of all time. My go to when all else fails.
suggestion: get endorsements from different mattress companies and have 'the clinic' do a video for each one where you detail all the bullet points they want you to hit so you can 'feature' the mattress as you 'test' it hehe
counterpoint: why would a mattress company pay someone who's endorsing a competitor, plus it would ruin the content of the asmr by making it a huge ad.
@@ultimamage3 It wouldn’t ruin it, it would be better than most asmr ads that are a sudden break in the immersion. But I agree that it wouldn’t work if you’re trying to get multiple companies to endorse.
@@asmrtpop2676 Yeah, I mean, OP literally said "get endorsements from _different_ mattress companies". If the ASMRtist wanted to promote just one brand they'd probably be better off talking about their own bed repeatedly and hoping the manufacturer takes the bait. (Fred's already done ASMR on a new bed he bought, IIRC).
Plus if you're watching ASMRtists whose ads suddenly break the immersion, you're looking at the wrong ones. Or you need SponsorBlock.
@@ultimamage3 what is the difference between him creating video ads for companies sharing to advertise, and shows running commercials. It's not endorsing... It'd literally be a commercial, may the best man win. This is a channel, like ABC or NBC as far as I'm concerned...
@@queenofbuttercream Aside from FTC guidelines that state that a UA-camr has to clearly disclose when they're being sponsored, whereas TV shows get by on nondisclosed "product placement" or taking a literal break from the content to show ads which is separate from the content itself, you mean? Did you think you were posing an intelligent question there? If Fred wanted this to be like TV he'd stick midroll ads in every conceivable spot in this video with no volume regulation. That's not what people come to UA-cam for. TV is still right there if you want an ABC, NBC experience.
I’m usually afraid of doctors and hospitals in general but Fred as a doctor is a dream come true 💕💕
Is fear of doctors really this common. I stg that I hear at least 3 ppl a day that are afraid or intimidated by them. I work in pharmacy so of course I see people in a medical setting and I try to get to know regular patients as well as the newcomers so they may come back if they have maintenance meds but still

@@thebee0320 It’s common. I’m a vet tech and it’s about 50:50 which clients are able to watch us do medical things to their pets and which want us to do it in the back lol. There’s fear of blood, fear of needles, etc. Along with social anxiety and also anxiety that worsens the longer you go without getting medical care.

I've literally just repeated this same video for nights and nights on end now without playing any other ASMR videos - still getting tingles, SO pleasant, so relaxing but the whole idea of a sleeping studio is SO nice as well and I think that's why I love it so much - having someone calm, attractive, attentive with such a low, calming male voice watching over you and ensuring your quality of sleep is just such a beautiful experience - the only way I have watched to the end is by watching it during the day as I can never make it past the half way mark when listening to it at bed time!
You're not the only one and everything you're saying is 100% true. Just too much! I can never finish this and I haven't gotten even halfway yet! I've tried it on multiple nights, I try and try and I just can't even finish >.
