Mine shows 80 sugar however at doctors vlinic its 252 waht can be the reason?
It may be due to multiple factors..
1. Timings of blood glucose testing ( for example you tested by your own at morning, and in evening at clinic )
2. Difference in glucometer brands
3. Different procedure ( glucometer vs venous blood sampling method)
4. Validity of test strips.
In case of variable results try to get sugar level tested at the same time, with clinic glucometer as well your personal glucometer.

After inserting needle in lancet, i forget to remove the needle top. When i open the lanchet,it gets struck in cap. ANY help pls
You can use a forcep to remove that needle.

Please tell me the solution error 2 occurred display in apollo gluco meter
Although I don't know much about Apollo glucometer, as i haven't unboxed it yet.
But majority of the errors in any glucometer is because of false strips or expired strips
So, its better to check the strips again before testing your blood sugar level.

Blood drop symbol not showing in the machine,how to rectify it
First of all Kindly check that the battery is functional and properly inserted.
Second thing check the expiry date of test strips
If both are fine, then meter may be faulty, kindly go for its replacement.

Pl inform..why my More pen machine showing Lo. while accu chek machine showing 88 reading at the same time when I checked my glucose
Repeat the procedure with fresh strips in both glucometers, for atleast 3 readings.
If variation is still there, contact your dealer, metre may be faulty .

SEE display in my machine.
What this means?
It's not SEE.. it's SEt
Which means settings.
It usually comes when you switch on the glucometer after inserting the battery .
These settings are used to set the date and time.
Seperate video will be uploading soon on how to change date and time in this glucometer.

Mere glucometer me reading baar baar between 50 to 60 hi dikha raha hai...iska kya solution hai sir ?
Lower reading may be due to old strips.
Please check the opening date of test strips as they only give proper results after 90-120 days of opening.
However if the strip is still new and yet it's giving low result , kindly cross check it with another glucometer/pathology lab.

what is A9, 10, 11 ETC?

A 9, 10, 11 are not any error, it comes as soon as a fresh test strip is inserted into the metre for testing or metre is switched on , and disappears after some time.
In my knowledge it may be just the code of glucometer or glucometer strips (but now all glucometers comes in Auto category , so this hardly matters ,
although I am not sure about it) I hope this will help you.

What does a11 means?
A 11 is basically not any error, it comes as soon as a fresh test strip is inserted into the metre for testing, and disappeared after some time .
In my knowledge it may be just the code of glucometer or glucometer strips ( but now all glucometers comes in Auto category so it's somewhat irrelevant as per my knowledge, although I am not sure about it)

Sir when I on my glucometer it shows 811 instead of 809
Dr.morepen in an auto glucometer, so at times code differs whenever you insert a fresh strip..but once metre is on and ready to take the reading, i don't think 809/811 will make any difference.

As per user manual Er 5, is not mentioned, however if you are getting this error it's better to recheck all the accessories like battery, fresh strips etc..
If problem persist you can contact your dealer for replacement/ correction.
