Nice video, I love using NightRider with Freestyle libre sensor. One question - I am going to different country where unit of measure is mmol/L instead of mg/dL. Does this device have option to reset units ?
Your reply would be great help to decide whether need to buy new device or I can use same one.
Hi Thanikachalam, sry to say the device is configured for only one type of unit. As of now there is no options to switch between units.
One quick idea is you can use Google for ‘unit conversion’ thus using the same device and you don’t have to buy a new one.

Hi Siva, The battery seems to be weak. Try replacing the battery once or else there could be some damage to strip insertion port.
my device is not switching on. there is no display at all, what shall I do?
Hi Umesh, looks like the battery is down. Can you please try changing battery once. The meter has lifetime warranty. If changing battery doesn’t work then good to contact customer support and have meter replaced. Hope this helps.
How to claim the warranty ?
Hi Aman, Please call your country specific customer care number printed on your device package. They will instruct the process to claim warranty.

Hi Harpreet, I guess either the strip is more than 3 months old or battery is about to completely drain. If changing both doesn’t work then good to contact customer support and have meter replaced as it has lifetime warranty. Hope this helps.

Hi Anitha, Can you please try using new strips from a fresh container and test again? Sometimes this error is due to spoiled strips. Please note the expiry of the strips is 3 months from opening the container and this is earlier than date specified on label.

Hi Krishnakanth, The year in the device cannot be decreased below year of manufacture.

Hi Krishnakanth, I understand your issue here. You need to keep pressing C button until year cycle completes and starts again with year of manufacturing. Sry, there is no other option and it might be bit hectic to do this.

Hi, The reason could be you have inserted a test strip that has already been used or is expired. Please try using a new strip. Or the reason could be the meter is exposed to a strong electromagnetic field. Move the device somewhere else.
Where is reset
Hi Mohit, There is no separate reset button on the device. The video demonstrates instructions to reset time & date. Also, video shows how you can erase your memory so there is space for fresh set of readings.
