I like the xeriscaping. And with the xeriscaping, you can better illuminate it with landscape lighting. Because I've been putting in landscape lighting to light-up the xeriscape trees and shrubs at Phoenix Children's Hospital's new Thomas Office Administration Building. We also piped PVC inside the cement benches to light-up the periphery of the benches, similar to those bocce ball courts.

Love the look as well. We have even seen some pieces of solid surface backlit in landscaping. Very cool touch!

Been in P V nearly 12 years. Restaurants are severely limited so honestly, buyers should be gourmet cooks to eat well. Jackass Flats is fast food heaven for youngsters, look elsewhere to eat, seniors!
