Hi James. It's in surprisingly good shape considering it's age and what it has been through. Think it has had a few bob spent on it over the last 200 years or so. 👍
That stone roof is amazing, what a beautiful and special historic building. When I saw the massive “blast” in one end I had a shudder it was Reformed iconoclasm, so was somewhat relieved it was for horses and carts to go in and out. I’m delight it has again found it’s purpose today in weddings and ceremonies
I’ve seen the name of Dunglass while on the bus to Berwick Upon Tweed. Great to see the church in so much detail in its lovely setting. The stunning panoramic view at the end was breathtaking. ❤
We stay in Haddington and have never heard of this church before now, I found it very interesting, very well narrated, thank you.😊
