The venom in her voice and obsession in the fifty-three (53) calls she made to JO and also the texts she sent to him earlier that day, appear to indicate instability/rage/anger. 7. KR later stated (via an interview): “What I thought could have happened was that did I incapacitate him unwittingly, somehow, and then in his drunkenness, he passed out”. 8. The above statement of KR aligns with what the CW are stating happened and the evidence in the trial (except the CW believe she hit JO intentionally) and if the defense current Motion is true - the jurors also believed KR hit JO (eg. Juror quote: “none of us believed she hit him on purpose”). 9. KR’s own words via the above statement also lines up with what she said at the time, including, that she didn’t see JO go to the house (which his GPS and Apple data proves he didn’t). 10. Posing the question - why would KR even think that she could have incapacitated JO, etc, if she saw him go to the house as that would be impossible and why would any person generally even think such a thing. 11. It appears what KR said at the time and what was said at her arraignment is true, and what she has said since is untrue. 12. The above is publicly out there for people to view for themselves and can’t be denied.
Proctor's extremely questionable investigative techniques and unprofessional ethics make the KR case (and no doubt others) unprosecutable. His texts were the least of his offenses. The case makes Morrissey, Lally and the town of Canton an international laughing stock. There. Should. Be. NO. Second. Trial.
I agree ... the word "technique" is even too flattering to describe the behavior of this character. It was a non-investigation, a non-trial, nonsense, an insult to human rationality and decency. It is sad for the victim's family. I am not american and I still believe that the judicial US system exhibits some advantages. It needs some repair especially upstream of the trial. Moreover a convicted criminal should not be eligible anymore to become US President. He's such a narcissist that he hates Yanetti... like it's Yanettis fault he sent those messages... Yanettis fault he didn't disclose relationships to his superiors... Yanettis fault he didn't tape off the crime scene... Yanettis fault he didn't get a search warrant for his friend Brian Alberts house... his fault they don't have a single picture of Karens tail light... Yanettis fault that that he is under suspicion of planting evidence... had Proctor just run an unbiased investigation and actually looked for the person who killed John Okeefe instead of just making sure it was going to be Karen Read... Yeah, that happens when you have dodgy officers who do not investigate properly and supervisors and DA's who roll with it: victims and their families are denied justice, criminals get off easier or eventuell free and the society is in more danger. They knew about how bad his investigation was for a long time, they did not just find out when he was on the stand. But only now they do their duty and inform defense attorneys in other cases? Such information is potentially Brady material, what made Morrissey think he can wait that long to inform them?

The ease and confidence with which Proctah manipulated,manufactured, and destroyed evidence in the murder of a police officer is de facto proof that he has done it for years. This was not the first case. He prevented forensics teams from entering the home of suspects, thus allowing evidence to be destroyed. He never expected the case to go to trial because he thought he had framed up Karen well enough to coerce a plea deal. How many innocent people had he framed? Every case he was involved in must be vacated, reversed or dismissed, all with prejudice.

7. KR later stated (via an interview): “What I thought could have happened was that did I incapacitate him unwittingly, somehow, and then in his drunkenness, he passed out”.

10. Posing the question - why would KR even think that she could have incapacitated JO, etc, if she saw him go to the house as that would be impossible and why would any person generally even think such a thing.
11. It appears what KR said at the time and what was said at her arraignment is true, and what she has said since is untrue.
12. The above is publicly out there for people to view for themselves and can’t be denied.

His head went forward, body twisted & he went straight back, head hit edge of cement curb & due to the snow that had started to fall not long before, the road & grass was icy & so, Slippery. Due to the frantic life saving measures by the paramedics at the scene, in the ambulance & at the hospital which included solution to warm the blood/body, the left eye swelled also & blue/black eyelids which is very typical & called raccoon eyes.
FYI - that SUV was Not a sedan, it didn’t have a Trunk, the system of taillights are many, moulded plastic, higher set. The data from her ten ton Truck shows, she planted her foot to the metal Instantly doing 24.2 miles per hour for 62 feet. That car was fitted with a screen in front of her face, reversing camera & sensors. The beep beep beep was prevalent as she approached her boyfriend. It got faster when she didn't Stop. The data from her vehicle shows a sudden slight lessening of speed & the wheel turned slightly. Indicative of hitting a pedestrian. A demo was filmed using her car & those exact data entries & showing the brakes brought the car to an immediate stop on an icy road. She didn't slow, stop or even hesitate as the accelerator data Shows.

Such information is potentially Brady material, what made Morrissey think he can wait that long to inform them?
EVERYone in this twisted soap opera is a waste of space. KR, Proctor, all of them. It shows that those w/ money and certain forms of power don’t believe the rules apply to them. I’m not sold on KR being guilty, not innocent either. Wretch for sure. The sad thing is, I don’t think we will ever know the full truth. John will never get any true justice, unless his family sees some solace in the dismantling of a corrupt group and holding them accountable for their dirty deeds.

The ease and confidence with which Proctah manipulated,manufactured, and destroyed evidence in the murder of a police officer is de facto proof that he has done it for years. This was not the first case.
He prevented forensics teams from entering the home of suspects, thus allowing evidence to be destroyed.
He never expected the case to go to trial because he thought he had framed up Karen well enough to coerce a plea deal.
How many innocent people had he framed? Every case he was involved in must be vacated, reversed or dismissed, all with prejudice.
AND NOT forgetting the Back handers. He's had PLENTY one would imagine in my opinion

I am so glad things are not looking good for this POS trooper. Hopefully now all will be uncovered from the years of shady stuff he has done as a state trooper. Never good to pin a crime on someone when she is clearly innocent, karma always comes back around!!!
No mention about the cases which already have a verdict. One has to wonder just how long the scum’s misconduct had been going on. I have a hard time believing he didn’t show the same issues to some lessor degree for awhile.
