The past I have build a kit that used 900 Mhz oscillator as RADAR movement detector and it had 1/4 wave whip antenna on it. This is far less power than ground RADAR or ship ( or airplane) units. The old movement detector had IR detector and microwave X-band GUN oscillator!!! I like your video on antenna.

Ok good video. I do not discredit Mark totally. As far as Radar goes, these black-light street lights are always found ( 99% of the time) in groups so that is your Radar antenna. I have been studying how these black-light antennas work and I spend considerable time on the subject so far. The theory is the jab have fluorescent proteins in their cells. These cells emit light under the influence microwave and black-light radiation. AFAIK the intention of these black-light street lights is to detect photons from luciferase etc.
That’s fine just look into documented evidence that in the 1980s Steele was a fitter and parttime bouncer. 1990s he was locked up for ten years for shooting a girl in the head. 2000 he had a string of failed mobile welding businesses. I'm still puzzled by the two tracks either side of the centre element. Yes I agree they help strength but I wonder if the designer intended them to be grounded to act like a coax shield. Maybe to move the antenna higher up? It looks like there are loads of vias in the outer tracks which you wouldn't put there for strength but would help shielding. Also the centre track becomes fatter and has been covered with the green silk screen at that point. But the length of the exposed track is too short for 868Mhz as you showed the full length was about right. I'd have assumed a higher frequency around 1.2Ghz - GPS timing maybe?!. Thanks for sharing!
Yes as i said it confused me too but they are not connected to ground but they are 25 mm long the same that you would find on a 2.4GHz dipole.
Knowing the dielectric constant of the FR board and how it affects the signal, the top part of the antenna, the exposed part, is the correct length for 1/4 wavelength.
The two tracks at the edges of the board indicate that section of board is probably intended to be a transmission line, so yeah, it's like coax and yeah, it makes the radiating element further away from the base board, the antenna element is the exposed gold bit of the track, with the angled impedance transition being the base of the antenna.
Velocity factor of the substrate material, plating material, area of the antenna exposed to air all affect the length calculation for the antenna and change it from the simple textbook definition of wavelength in a vacuum.
As McToon says, it's correct for a quarter wave at 868MHz.
Probably put there to increase antenna bandwidth ie make it operate over a wider range of frequencies.
So tell me why the antenna board is cut at the end like that....

For simplicity, the key thing is power, watts. Here you're talking lower power than routers and other wireless devices (that people are closer to).
Just looking at the wires, they aint gonna conduct enough power to harm a human at several metres distance, probably not a bird either, not compared to domestic wireless devices.
Many microwave frequencies could be argued to be nefarious, like the microwave oven 2.45 GHz frequency, also, insanely, the wifi frequency.
However, for streetlamps to be 'weapons', their radiation would need to be powerful, comparable to cell towers, or mini cell towers.
In perspective, any 'stealth' radiation from streetlamps is gonna be lower powered than a domestic wifi router.
So, even if a router were argued to be a 'weapon', in the long-term, streetlamp radiation is, in perspective, a tiny fraction of the comparative power, especially at several metres distance (inverse-square-law of microwave exposure).
More than cosmic radiation, but if anything is killing birds and bees and harming people in the medium-long-term, its the cell towers, routers, phones etc, and not really the streetlamps at all.
Lower power is actually more dangerous because it doesn’t activate your body’s defence mechanisms

the blue wave light attracts insects to it so they stay there and starve. That's our nightime pollinators gone, and consequently bats and birds that eat flying insects, gone. The sodium lights do not emit blue wave and so do not have this effect. A low pressure sodium light is the same electrical usage as these bright LEDs and are not damaging to the eyes like the LEDs are. They also don't put off RF radiation every 50 feet down the street! Also they of course did not have scanning antennas in them.
Low frequency antenna 868mhz can cause all kinds of issues with living things like heart arrhythmia etc etc I know this because I operate a drone at that frequency and if I crack the power up to over 1w I get constant palpitations

Your mobile phone puts out 25,000 mv, that's 150 times over the safe recommended limit and that's using miniscule power. The capability of this antenna is absolutely terrifying compared to a mobile. 240v minimum direct power at all times. The manufacturer website states this. You have to ask yourself, why would councils invest millions in a light sensor that you can get for 3 pounds. Because that's not what it is or what it's for. As you can clearly see, especially now. 8f you look up corona discharge safty videos it's not hard to find plenty 9f proof these things can easily overheat and catch fire. Theres lots of safety equipment due to this issue as well as UV cameras to detect it. Also videos of cable trays overheating due to wires not being in proper condition and/or improperly tied down

I am an engineering graduate & I did LiFi using LED's for my final year project it offers very fast speeds but has it's limitations due to the nature of light, at present it would be best implemented with a hybrid system for indoor use.

There is probably SOME negatives from 5G alone because of the high frequency and the interaction with the body. But as I've pointed out before, if you combine this with nano technology you end up with a remote controlled device. ie. inject the population with an 'injectable' under the disguise of a 'vaccine', and then turn on 5G, you end up triggering the Nano Tech.
If the Nano bots are programmed to bridge the cerebral Cortex, you can bridge the difference between an organic animal with a transmitted control system. You effectively create a sophisticated biological control system. If you think I'm a tin foil wearing loon then your wrong. I was into electronics before you were born. I was in telco for 15years and dealt with all kinds of antennae and even designed some of your simpler Yaggies decades ago.

Brilliant, very good thorough Maths and Physics we can all learn from. The sadness I feel when I think of the poor people Mark Steele manages to sell his delusions to. Like most technology things have got a lot smaller , now I don't know how much of what you've said is factual . I have noticed that you haven't said anything about Active Denial maybe you think theres no need too. The Other Man whom your speaking about will send anyone PDF of seemingly Scientific Documents however to an untrained eye like mine these don't mean much. Therefore my inner dialect has still not been able to choose any side in this argument. Alls I do know is originally active denial is used as a deterrent-weapon. The fact that 5G is used to create Active Denial proves that to me and others that the potential is there.. I did read a PDF from the manufacturer of these 5G street light antenna, it stated that 11 miles in straight line of sight is applicable in an motorway setting weather permitting. Lot stronger than 8011 I think.
5G is 3.4 and 3.6 GHz active denial use frequencies around 90 GHz and while it works in theory it does not work in practice and will never replace a water cannon.
