Lmao I'm Not Surprised By The Amount Of People Who Are Defending Rhaenyra Lmao 😆🤣... SMH But, How Many Total Kids Does Rhaenyra And Daemon Have In Total? (Not Just Together) Like The Video And Share!
You’re not surprised that we’re defending her because we are all correct LMAOOO Most of us are book readers and GRRM Historians. We know what we’re saying. You do not.
me neither lol they get mad if youtubers or random ppl disagrees in something with rhae or daemon😆not me tho, I dont like rhaenyra since ep.7 she is awful -_- I can't even like her as a villain, she acts like a saint too much (I do emphasize with her sometimes but i do that with every character). I definetly love alicent's kids more, that targ-hightower mix is so full of power, chaos, cunt and fun i love them askjhgdakj
Also Daemon wasn’t laughing cause he’s an asshole at the funeral. It was because the man giving the speech Vaemon, was taking jabs at Rhaenayra during his speech about Valerian blood being pure. Basically calling her children bastards in a slick way. So Daemon laughed to take the attention from her.
Rhaenyra not wanting to rush into war doesn't mean she doesn't know what she's doing. In fact, she's acting as a true Queen by doing so. It's what brings Rhaenys to her side and as a result, Corlys. She's still preparing for war, she's just not rushing into it. The Song of Ice and Fire isn't known by anyone but the King and his heir. It's part of why Daemon gets so angry. Viserys never truly considered Daemon his heir. But Rhaenyra has to consider the consequences of war when she has the prophecy looming over her head. And she has every right to clear the room. Her husband is out of line speaking to the Queen that way. Doesn't matter that he's older and has war experience. He does not get to speak to the Queen that way. The dragon Daemon is singing to is Vermithor. Who King Jaehaerys used to ride. He's the second biggest we'll see, right behind Aemond's dragon, Vhagar. And fun little fact about Vermithor is that he's one of the more tolerable of humans dragons. He's probably the "nicest" of the dragons as his rider was one of the most peaceful Targaryens to ever live. He's a pretty good boy considering he looks terrifying.
Paddy Considine definitely deserves an Emmy, his acting was phenomenal! Specially when he goes to help Rhaenyra and when he sees the whole family celebrating on the table for the last time
I feel like you're being a bit harsh on Rhaenyra honestly. You hear her say she tried having Laenor's children but HE couldn't lay with her. What exactly was Rhaenyra supposed to do?? She's supposed to have children. You're blaming her for something that Laenor had a lot to do with. They both agreed to have their side relationships.... which is exactly what Rhaenyra did. Idk. Of course everyone has a right to their own opinion but you're really downplaying the fact that Rhaenyra is a woman and THAT'S when the problems started. Literally Otto has been plotting since BEFORE Rhaenyra had children.
I can see your point about Rhaenyra, but she was kind of right. As soon as she was named heir the plots started, and nobody took her seriously. Even if she'd had the temperament of Brienne of Tarth she would have had most of the same stuff coming at her.
Yeah true, which is why in this universe it was a terrible decision of Viserys to keep Rhaenyra as heir when Aegon was born. If he had named him heir and raised Aegon properly instead of going against westerosi tradition because of his immense love for his first wife and their only child, then he could've completely avoided the devastating conflict that's about to go down.
Yes, But People Were Going To Get Over That. BUT As Soon As She Had Those Kids That Obviously Weren't Her Husbands They Got Right Back On Her Full Force.
@@HelloMellowXVIAt the very least she wouldn't be despised as much by Alicent, and if Rhaenyras kids were trueborn the young generation wouldn't have been raised to hate each other in the same way.
Lol I don’t know why everyone blames Rhaenayra for having bastard children when her husband wouldn’t/couldn’t give her children and her daddy hand picked the husband. Like girl was doomed from the start because if she stayed barren and had no children that just would have been another slight against her and she would have no power to stop the Greens and would have been easily displaced. So she did what she had to do.
yup. and in the books rhaenys has black hair and laenor isn't black, so it isn't completely out of the realm of possibilities for them to have kids with dark hair
Rhaenyra's children are Targaryen though (through their blood), that's the only reason they can have dragons in the first place. They are not Velaryon.
House of the Dragon was an amazing success. Only 60 pages of the books were turned into this. The book were all 2nd hand historic accounts which helped them play with things that were never set in stone.
Daemon pretty much laughs every time the lords are being hypocrites or petty. He laughs at funeral because Vaemond is being petty as hell clearly throwing stones regarding Rheanyra and her children-- it's true, but timing my dude. Not at your nieces funeral. It's not really Daemon's nature to remain silent and he certainly doesn't appreciate someone trying to one up him on the pettiness scale.
Viserys thought he was talking to Raenyra before he died. He is not Aegon the Conquerer, that was the Targaryen that conquered Westeros. The problem with any spoilers is that the original series already talked about and spoiled this series in terms of specific character deaths and the overall result of what happens.
I know it was hard to watch but I love how they included so much detail and time to the childbirth scenes. Even in modern times, it’s so dangerous but in this time, the processes and knowledge were so violent and volatile - it really was the battlefield for women. I like that the show treated it with the kinda awe and horror it deserved.
The look Rhaenyra shot Laenor when he asked if the birth was very painful . . . Man, I'm surprised he didn't leave a permanent shadow on the wall behind him.
46:46 All she wanted was to have a daughter and because of the stress over her father's death and being robbed of what was rightfully hers, she had a premature birth, it is described in the book that baby Visenya was born stillborn, deformed, twisted, with a hole in the chest where the heart would be and a dragon's tail with scales. Rhaenyra was in lador for 3 days.
Daemon wasn't laughing out of disrespect at Laena's funeral, he was laughing at the Sea Snake's brother, Vaemond Valaryon, firing shots at Rhaenyra, when he was talking about " the blood running thin", he was passive-aggressive making remarks about Rhaenyra's children being bastards. Daemon will take up for Rhaenyra, ride or die 🔥🔥🐲🐲
Laughing at his wife’s funeral in front of their grieving children and her parents....I’m not sure why people keep praising this? There’s nothing cute about that. If putting someone else’s kids and your niece above the feelings of your own kids is ride or die I guess.....
@@monie3558 I think Daemon cared about Laena, Laena knew what she was getting into and yet she went with it. But we know how Daemon is, can we really expect anything else from him? He cared about Laena, and even loved her in a way, his reaction when she died made it clear I think. but... He won't let anything pass.
@@crisc1049 whether he loved Laena or not really has nothing to do with these ridiculous “he loves his family” comments while the comment is cheering on him spitting in his daughters faces. Rheanys is also his family, laughing at her daughters funeral? It doesn’t matter why he’s laughing it’s still inappropriate.
@Monie my comment about " he loves his family" isn't ridiculous. I ride for Team Black, I obviously can't get behind "Aegon The RAPIST and Child Fighting Pit Promoter" , the Greens hanging and murdering people for not " agreeing" with them usurping the throne, Aemond murdering a child with his dragon, Alicent prostituting her FEET out to Larys... lmao.. say what you will, but Rhaenyra TRIED having children with Laenor. He couldn't perform. So if her " crime" is bastard children, so be it. I'll take bastards over RAPISTS any day. ✌️✌️✌️ohhh.. and by the way.. didn't we see Aegon's little bastard being raised inside the child fighting pits? And..Alicent went berserk over Rhaenyra's Plan B Tea.. yet it was ok when she gave it to Diana, the servant, after Aegon raped her?!Tsk..tsk...tsk...
@@monie3558 I think the point they’re trying to make is that he wasn’t just doing it to be an ass. I’m not praising him for doing it, it was definitely inappropriate and stupid, but it did come from a place of caring for his niece. Vaemond’s comments were just as inappropriate, especially at his own niece’s funeral, he was just more subtle than Daemon.
Dragons~ they can't be "stolen." Laena was the previous "master" of Vhagar but dragons aren't passed down like some sort of inheritance. They're intelligent creatures that choose their riders and personally, from her previous riders, I doubt she would have accepted Rhaena, she seemed too meek.
In episode 7 at Laena's funeral, the reason why Daemon laughs is because clearly the man presiding over the service was taking slights at Rhaenyra's "bastard" children, so Daemon laughs in order to pull the attention off of Rhaenyra because he cares for her and knows it affects her. Him doing that shows the lengths he will go to support her even if it damages his image..
If Alicents father found Aegon first, he would've ordered Aegon to murder Rhaenyra and her family. Alicent didnt want that, so she got to him first and persuaded Aegon to spare his sister. That was the "game" in episode 9: who finds Aegon first.
Aegon the conquer was the first Targaryen king. When Viserys died he thought he was talking to Rhaenyra about the prophecy that he told her in episode 1. Alicent have never heard the prophecy and therefore thought he talked about their kid and that he should be the king. Many people have commented on Deamon's laugh at the funeral, I will not repeat it. But him grabbing Rhaenyra by the throat was because she started talking about the prophecy. A prophecy he should have known because he was the heir for a while. But Viserys never told him. Which Deamon realised and he didn't want to feel weak, like he was never seriously considered a heir.
This show was amazing. The way they built the tension in each episode was brilliantly done. Daemon is my favourite character but Paddy Considines acting needs all the awards
It's all Otto's fault just cause he wanted to be king ,so he pushed everyone so that his family could be in line to be king and that way he'd be in power forever.
Daemon laughed at the funeral on purpose. Vaemond was lowkey taunting Rhaenyra in his speech and making shit awkward for her, and Daemon noticed so she chuckled to bring the attention and judgment onto himself rather than her and her boys.
Poor Laena. She was going to die no matter what (the only options were get cut open or the baby would suffocate while stuck in the birth canal and she would go septic). I'm glad for her she didn't have to go through either of those.
Same choice as Viscerys and Aemma episode 1, except Daemon asks about the mother vs V asking about the child. An impossible choice but an interesting juxtaposition.
Love your commentary man; always hilarious and entertaining! Just something to note: Alicent's son King Aegon is Aegon II, also known as Aegon the Elder, with Rhaenyra's son being called Aegon the Younger. It was Aegon I who was the Conqueror because he conquered the Seven Kingdoms with his 2 sister wives over a hundred years before this show. Another thing to note: The Targaryen Dynasty saw 17 Targaryen kings and continued unbroken from Aegon I "The Conqueror" until Robert Baratheon rebelled. Can't wait to see more of this show and your thoughts on it!
No, Jon Snow isn't Rhaenerya's child, remember that at the beginning of this show it said it was nearly 200 years before then. They've skipped a lot of years, but not centuries! ;)
So, for the record, all of Rhaenyra's children ARE Targaryen, because she is. Laenor wasn't Targaryen, so if they were his children they would've been Valeryons. They're Targaryen by blood and have the Velaryon last name. And people wasn't against her because her children were bastards, they were against her because she was a woman, and a woman never sat the iron throne before (nor after). And about the dragons, it depends! Technically they're conected to their rider's soul, but there has been moments in GoT history were they went a little rogue, Daenerys in the books explains that with a horse, if you hit them on their right they would always go left because their instinct was to get away from danger, with a dragon if you hit them on their right their instinct was to go towards danger, but sometimes they would go left because they were unpredictible. Another theory is that because they are conected to their rider's soul, they feel what the rider feels, so Luke's dragon Arrax (who was like 13 years old i think, a baby) felt Luke's fear and desperation and decided to attack to protect him, while Aemond's dragon Vhagar (who btw is like 180 years old and fought a lot in war) felt his anger and decided to attack because of that and because of being disrespected by such a tiny dragon. Also Aemond was encouraging Vhagar through the chase and she's an old lady so she probably thought omg is war time
This logic doesn't make any sense. Rhyneras children are Strongs by blood. If we go with how bloodlines were carried on. By your logic Jon snow would have been a stark and not a targargen because his mother was. The Rhynera stans are out in force today.
@@Quasarcool Rhaenyra's children ARE also Strong, and Jon is also a Stark. Both of them have the dark hair of their non-targaryen parent. I mention them having Targaryen blood because everyone forgets they're her children, which, like it or not, makes them Targaryen
@@florenciahoracio8517 thank you saying the Targaryen part!! I’m sitting here watching like but they are her children, which would make them… Targaryen. I mean they keep calling Daemons daughters Velaryon when he’s a Targaryen.
Are You Really Making Excuses Right Now? Yes They Were After Her Because She Was A Woman, But Then They Had More Reasons To Be After Her When They Saw Her Kids. She Committed Adultery, They Obviously Don't Like That. Then She's making It Harder For Herself With The Decisions She's Made.
@@florenciahoracio8517 You seem to have ignored the practices of the time. 1) Children born out of wed- lock are considered bastards they inherit no family name/titles or lands. 2) Children usually take on their fathers name as we have seen throughout GOT and HOD. Yes, they have Targaryen blood no one is disputing that, however calling them Targaryen is wishful thinking/Semantics at best. By the laws of the time they are bastards. They could be legitimised as Ramsey was, but even then they would take their fathers name Strong.
It had nothing to do with not wanting to have another of Daemon's kids. She heard the doctor giving Daemon the same choice that the Maester gave Viserys when Aemma's baby wouldn't come out. Leave it alone and let both die, or cut her open and only kill her with the possibility of saving the baby. Laena didn't want to die being cut open. As she said earlier in the episode, she wanted to die a dragonrider's death. So she had Vhagar burn her up. She knew she was going to die either way, she just chose how.
I believe that it was traditional for kings/queens to sleep in separate beds, I've seen that in a few other shows/movies and more recently in "The Crown"
Finally somone who sees daemon can’t even look at his brother bc he don’t want to lose him or see him Ike this knowing he is almost gone & he asked him to come back
Bro when Rhaenys said “It’s not my war to begin” you said that it should be because she’s a Targaryen but you’re forgetting that the other side is also Targaryen. Sure Otto and Alicent aren’t but obviously her children are. That also answers your question about how long it took for Targaryens to get back in power. It didn’t take any time because they never lost it.
The page that Otto gave to Rhaenyra is from the 1st episode, Rhaenyra tore that page from the book and that page was about Nymeria fleeing her enemies with her people. So Alicent was trying to tell Rhaeneyra to leave Westeros.
@@whatthefisfilipinx I agree 💯. Otto wants Daemon and Rhaenyra and their children dead just so that his grandson can be King. Also even if Rhaenyra considered those peaceful terms I still don't believe her, Daemon nor their children would be safe and that's thanks to Alicent teaching her son's hate all those years and thanks to Otto's greed.
The dragon Daemon was courting was Vermithor. After Vhagar, Vermithor is the biggest, oldest, fiercest, and most battle hardened dragon alive. Daemon isn't trading in his Bloodwyrm, Caraxes, he's just making sure he woos Vermithor to team black. "Zaldrīzes buzdari iksos daor." (A dragon is not a slave.) ~Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, Queen of the Andals, the Roynar, and the First Men, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, Kaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, The Mother of Dragons, the Unburnt, Breaker of Chains. "The idea that we control the dragons is an illusion. They are a power men should never have trifled with." ~Viserys Targaryen, titles, titles, titles... You spoke about Matt Smith improvising. He actually improved that ending. They had originally planned for Daemon to come in and tell Rhaenyra that Luc was dead, and they would have a discussion about what to do next. But Matt Smith came in and pulled her away from the shot, whispered into her ear, she stood there a moment, staggering, then she turned around with that look upon her face. Apparently Matt Smith impulsively took direction of the shot and just told her to give them a look, and she did, and it was brilliant! Fun fact! At the Small Council they were discussing Lord Grover Tully of Riverrun, ancestor of Catelyn, Edmure, and the Blackfish. It's fun and interesting to note the names of Lord Grover's grandson, Elmo Tully, and Elmo's sons, Oscar and Kermit. They are Lord George R.R. Martin's nod to Sesame Street and the Muppets. ✌️
But rhaenyra did follow her duty, it wasn't her fault that the dude they choose for her was fruity and didn't want or could have children with her, she HAD to have kids at some point to pass the crown, Don't be rude 😂
King Aerys II "Mad King" Targaryen, the father of Daenerys (her mother was Aerys' sister-wife Rhaella Targaryen), was descended from several Targaryen kings (his father was Jaehaerys II, his grandfather Aegon V (whose brother, Aemon, was the very old maester of the Night's Watch in Game of Thrones), his great-grandfather Maekar I, etc. His ancestors are in this show.
The gold cloaks were trying to close the door when Meleys came from the floor cus they're still loyal to Daemon and were hoping Rhaenys would torch the greens
I think they showed that in GoT with Dany--and you didn't have to see anything. It was all in her reaction to losing not only her husband, but their son too.
Aegon III and Viserys II will be next kings of the 7 Kingdoms, thanks to Viserys II for having kids and those kids having kids, we meet Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones
Love your reaction as always, I loved this show!!! It was crazy watching this at the same time of Rings of Power... 😢... Send you a big hug from Chile!!! 🇨🇱
vhagar is rightfully aemond's dragon, you can't steal a dragon, the dragon either choose you or burn your ass (like what dreamfyre did to aemond in episode 6) they said he "stole" it but aemond has the same amount of right as laena to claim vhagar. that's why the adult didn't speak about vhagar being stolen cause you can't steal a dragon lol. aemond is the king's only child who doesn't have a dragon, he could ask to claim vahagar to viserys if he wants. vhagar previous rider was also aemond's grandfather (baelon).
exactly. if aemond in fact "stole" vhagar, the adults would have spoken on it. they never did. because that's not how dragons work. the kids were grieving and considered vhagar part of their family which i get, but they were wrongfully accusing him of theft. targaryen's have the right to try to bond with any dragon who has no bond. rhaena and baela don't get "dibs" just because vhagar used to be their mothers. and like you said, vhagar was aemond's grandfather baelon's dragon first, so if we go by "theft," technically, laena stole vhagar first and aemond is simply taking her back.
About Episode 6: Pay close attention to what Helena says and it's very important, I wish they had shown us more about Harwin and Laena that watching the series for the agent feels more pain when the characters die, so when I see the two characters die I was sad for the death of the two but not to the point of crying for them two characters, you know, I think the writers didn't want to show too much of the two characters for a simple reason and because they probably don't think it's important to the story When Laena says she wants her husband back what she got married is true because the daemon is depressed and just realizing he just stays at home and reading a book and not sleeping well the daemon is Depressed he misses Viserys and Rhaenyra only he doesn't want to see them the daemon we know he doesn't and so The daemon had spoken no with his head but still Laena died and sad I prefer what they did in the series than the book in the book she loses the baby then she gets depressed then one night she Deciding to go to her dragon but on the way she falls down the stairs and dies so I prefer it in the series and more emotional because we see her connection with the dragon,Daemon loved his wife so much that he made a no sign, he loves her and his daughters only the Writers didn' t show more in the book fire and blood wing that he loves his daughters and his wife more Unfortunately the Screenwriters Prefer not to show had two deleted scenes one and the daemon hugging his daughters already the other deleted scene and the daemon sending his daughters to the bedroom because they They were seeing their mother in the room trying to have the baby this is the reason why the daemon doesn't arrive at the time of Helena's death to prevent her from killing herself About Episode 7: Who calls Rhaenyra's children bastards and Alicent, Aemond looks at her but won't say it was his mother because he likes his mother, Aemond doesn't like his brother Aegon so he says it was Aegon who keeps calling Rhaenyra's children of bastards but it's actually Alicent who focuses saying that Rhaenyra's children are bastards, Alicent is very lucky because she should be dead because she attacked the heir to the throne more like viserys and a weakling so nothing happened to Alicent This episode was wonderful, the only problem is that the beach scene is very dark, they didn't learn from Game of Thrones, Daemon laughed because corlys' brother was badmouthing Rhaenyra's children look at Rhaenyra's reaction how uncomfortable she is in the scene Daemon and Rhaenyra's wedding scene was so beautiful During the wedding ceremony, Daemon and Rhaenyra would draw two Valyrian glyphs on each other's foreheads, meaning "Fire" and "Blood" - the words of House Targaryen 🔥 About Episode 9: I didn't like that they did that everything was misunderstood in the book, Viserys never said that his son should sit on the throne when viserys died alicent i arrange everything for his son to be king and send men to kill rhaenyra in the book alicent he envious and ambitious she just thinks of her differently in the series they keep putting her as a poor thing and a son who doesn't know anything and who does bad things are the others even her father and that's all wrong in the book who is villain and alicent already in the series keeps putting him as a poor thing for me a big mistake in this series and the personalities of what she did with Alicent, Rhaenyra and daemon like that and it is not obliged to be like the book more at least similar to the book in the series there are people who like Alicent I'm like what do you like Alicent i'm sure if people had seen the book before the series they wouldn't be liking this snake Alicent she is a hypocrite remember in the fourth episode when she tells Rhaenyra that the Targaryens have strange customs and now she married her son with her own sister like her and a hypocrite and she She is a terrible mother, even the actress herself says that Alicent is a horrible mother and just to see how he treats his children, look at the scene with Helena and Alicent, when Alicent goes to touch Helena, Helena takes her hand away Alicent just shows that Helena doesn't like her own mother and Olivia who plays Alicent I say that Rhaenyra is a great mother that she gives love to her children unlike Alicent,Only person who deserves sits on the throne and Rhaenyra because she sits on the throne alicent , Aegon or Aemond and only destruction Viserys died with leprosy disease plus Alicent and Otto they were giving too much Poppy milk is a medicine that does good it makes you not feel pain but when you give too much poppy milk it will start to hurt So much so that daemon sniffed the glass because he knows the greens are killing his brother they are helping the king die. I didn't like what they did that the reason for the war was all misunderstood and putting that prophecy thing in the book they don't have that, I didn't like what they did with Alicent it's that thing in the Episode 8 at the end in the scene with viserys and alicent and saying that all this is happening because it's a misunderstanding anyone who read the book knows that it wasn't like that I didn't like it at all, I hope to see the real Alicent from the book in the book he is a horrible person but she is very powerful and is not afraid of anything I really hope to see this Alicent in the second season at least Similar to a book because this alicent from the series My God
This show is set about 110 years before Game of Thrones and Robert Baratheon taking the Iron Throne. So Jon Snow wouldn’t be born for another century(ish).
1. Aemond is iconic. End of story 2. Viserys dying at the table would have been so much better than what actually happened. 3. The music in this show is absolutely stunning
To the detriment of herself, their shared children, his house, his parents... he abandoned everyone when they could have used his help. All because divorce wasn't a thing. Honestly, I am not sure what her dad was htinking in forcing her to marry that man, who they all knew did not feel attraction for women since youth. Maybe like his father, he thought it was "just a phase", but... like if she's his heir, she needs someone capable of.. well, doing the deed and having legitimate children. he failed in providing an adequate husband for her.
I mean I genuinely think Alicent thought the king was saying Aegon (her son) was the savior of men. He meant Aegon (Jon Snow/The song of ice and fire). A frustrating misunderstanding..
Aemond is a badass honestly. All the characters aren’t good at all, all are murderers and manipulative. In the end I think I like Allicents intelligence, and Aemonds as well. Daemon was my number one but upon rewatches I actually understand Allicent as well. So probably Aemond, Daemon and Allicent as favorites
The Aegon they crowned in the show is not Aegon the Conqueror. That's Aegon I. The one who originally united the Seen Kingdoms under one crown. The one crowned in the show is Aegon II.
About Episode 10: The translation has been confirmed thanks to the language's creator, David J. Peterson (via Archive Of Our Own). In it, it is revealed that the name of the song Daemon sings to Vermithor is "With Three Heads". Check the English translation: Fire breathes, winged leader but two heads For a third to sing From my voice: The fires spoke And the price has been paid with blood magic With words of fire with clear eyes To tie the three for you i sing As one we come together And with three heads We'll fly like we were meant to beautifully, freely In the book Aemond he kills Luke and because he wanted not to and as he is showing in the series that he is sorry, the name of Rhaenyra's baby would be a girl and her name would be visenya In the book Aemond he kills Luke because he wants to and when he gets home he celebrates and Aegon and alicent they celebrate luke's death different from the series they put it as an accident that the Two lost control of the dragons in the book there is no such thing as losing control of the dragons they spoiled everything in the series but anyway Aemond killed Luke he could have prevented it It was just him not following Luke but that asshole Aemond went after the kid now he's going to bear all the consequences now I' m wondering how they are they going to do this in the series because in the book the greens are all happy with luke's death for alicent, aegon and even aemond so i'm wondering how they are going to do it in the series because the writers put it as if it was an accident and that aemond didn't wanted to kill Luke unlike the book where he kills Luke because he wants to, I didn't like that much they did it just to make people feel sorry for the greens in my opinion Rhaenyra wasn't dreaming of a dragon giving birth. Her own dragon, Syrax, was screaming in pain at her because they are so bonded. If you notice during the Battle of the Stepstones, Caraxes screams when Daemon is hit by an arrow. this shows how Rhaenyra and Daemon have a great connection with their dragons. Rhaenyra's anger burns the whole transition was so well done, her anger is completely justified compared to how they made Daenarys Daemon as crazy as it gets, he loved his brother. From the scene where he stopped Corlis talking shit about Viserys in ep 1, helping on the throne to mourning on the beach. I don't think Daemon wanted to show weakness because Rhaenyra was at her most vulnerable and it wasn't easy.. (His last wife died in childbirth, and I believe it is also said that his mother died in childbirth and the wife of Viserys died in childbirth.) So the only thing he could do was prepare for the war he knew was coming. The scene on the beach was much longer of him on the beach Matt the actor he shot a scene on the beach the daemon suffering from the death of his baby who was a girl and her name was the series visenya but HBO preferred to remove this scene the daemon he is not no saint anymore he loves his family he loves his children and really rhaenyra just unfortunately the writers prefer not to show that side of him much, i think the reason daemon didnt go to rhaenyra when she was giving birth is because he feared having to make an impossible choice. The last woman he had complications with died. He didn't want to have to make that choice for Rhaenyra. He couldn't lose her that way. When he dropped to his knees, he was relieved that she was okay and had survived. Rhaenyra didn't want help during the birth because of her mother's death. She wanted to get that baby out so she wouldn't suffer the same fate. This series/book is awesome... Matt Smith said that Daemon would give his life for Viserys and Rhaenyra. I fully believe he was heartbroken to see his brother in that condition. we books Alicent she hates Rhaenyra she was always jealous of Rhaenyra so much that I wish rhaenyra's death no and as in the series it shows that alicent is like that and because we books she does things because she because she is a bad person Let's see the losses Rhaenyra lost mother and father and daughter and son and Daemon lost father and mother in childbirth and also lost his wife who is Laena and son and now he lost brother and daughter and two other children They are suffering, but each one of their own ways, the daemon starts preparing for war because he knows Otto very well and he is afraid of losing his family One thing I say is that the two really love each other rhaenyra she can't survive without the daemon They are the best couple like it or not they are everyone's popular Daemyra forever Emma Darcy who plays Rhaenyra she says that the daemon never laid a hand on Rhaenyra that this was the first time that Rhaenyra her character didn't care much because she knows that the daemon did that and Because he's angry and he's letting his emotion out and she also says which character of hers cares the most about what she just found out that the daemon doesn't know about prophecy because Rhaenyra I thought the daemon knew because he was heir to viserys for 10 years that's why she put a smile on the side of her mouth because she just found out that her father always chose her and Rhaenyra had her doubts if her father wanted her as heir remembers episode 2 when Rhaenyra talks to Alicent poise now after years he got her answer The daemon must be sad because it's his brother and he just found out that he was never chosen and that brother never trusted him enough to tell him and that's more heartbreaking A script for the first season came out that HBO thought of putting in the story a scene that the viserys was thinking of telling the daemon then he starts talking to the daemon but then gives up only that they They didn't put this scene unfortunately I think the biggest reason people didn't like the scene of Daemon smothering Rhaenyra is because he's supposed to be a bad guy to the greens, but the protector of his family. Daemon isn't a saint, but he's definitely not a villain. He does a lot of bad things, but he's a gray character, and loving his family and protecting them is one of his redeeming qualities and some writers are trying to take that away from him. There are two teams the Green Team which is from Alicent and the Black Team which is from Rhaenyra, I hope to see Rhaenyra with fire in our eyes in the second season the greens will pay for everything they did I hope you post your reaction to the second season of House of the Dragon,I loved your Black Widow shirt very pretty,I recommend a series for you to watch Doctor Who is very good there are 13 seasons I really want you to watch
XD when bro alled the princesses kids bastards & got his head cut in half I swear EVER time I watch someone react i back up 5 seconds a minimum of 3 times to see it again & you know the 5 seconds back lets you see the king pull his lil dagger out too
The emotions of both dragons escalated due to Aemond's hostility. If Aemond had turned Vhagar towards King's Landing, or not mounted Vhagar at all to pursue Lucerys, Luke and Arrax would have returned to Dragonstone. Aemond insisted on setting Vhagar to pursue the much smaller Arrax and his rider, snapping at the juvenile dragon and scaring him. Arrax reacted the only way he could, trying to defend himself and his rider from a huge foe who was attacking them. (if it hadn't been raining/storming, there's a good chance that Arrax could have outflown Vhagar, he was much more agile than the old war-dragon). And Arrax' flame enraged Vhagar to the point where she ignored Aemond's commands and went in for the kill. But the death of Lucerys and Arrax was not the fault of either dragon or of Luke; it was totally the fault and responsibility of Aemond.
I would say my favorite thing that George R R Martin has wrote is the short story collection Tuf Voyaging which follows a single character on his various adventures through various planets.
great reaction. Two points I'm going to make: 1. The dragons can't be tamed, or reason with, or controlled, the do what they want. The moment the small draon attacked the large one with fire, it was over. Aemon provoked his huge dragon to a battle thinking he could controll it but he couldn't. 2. The second point, dragons don't speak english, the moment Aegon talked to his huge dragon in english, he lost controll, the only language, or better say commands, dragons follow are in high valeryan. Tha's why the young one talked to his dragon in Valeryan, but Aemon was so cocky he thought he could controll Vaeghar by speaking english. Anyways, it doesn't matter, in the books they say that Aemon was happy about killing the young son of Rhaenera ,and his small dragon. But as they say the books are written by the maesters witch give the writers of this series a pass on changing the small details of the story.
HOTD got me hooked at episode seven and eight, especially when Daemon took Vaemond's head. Check out Last Night in SoHo, The Crown S1-2 and Doctor Who for more Matt Smith.
Don't get me started on George R R Martin, he has been writing Winds of Winter(the second from last book) for 11 years and still isn't finished, he's like 73 years old. Man isn't gonna live long enough to finish the last one if he even finishes Winds of Winter. He wrote the first book in 1991 and was released in 1996, then it took him 15 more years to write 4 more books. He said in October 2022 he's 3/4 of the way done with Winds of Winter, so it's still gonna take him like 3 more years to finish.
16:19 Just because her mother rode that dragon does not mean dragon belong to her. Aemond got that dragon because he was not whinny little shit like rhenyra and daemon's kids. He took that dragon by risking his life.
@@TyRicosuaveBy your logic it should belong to Aemond in the first place because Laena “stole” it from its previous rider’s bloodline (Viserys’s father, Baelon)
You are the ONLY reactor who noticed that they made Rhaenys look like Rhaenyra for a second in the 9th episode. I thought that too when I watched it for the first time. I thought other reactors would notice that too. But so far I have only seen you who noticed.
I agree that the way Alicent and Otto are going about this situation isn't smart, especially since they hid Viserys's death from Rhaenyra and Daemon just to crown Aegon. This choice is definitely going to guarantee a war and we all know in wars nobody comes out of it unscathed and that people die on both sides.
Yo The Food Was Pretty Coo, Kinda Bloody But I Gave It A Pass. Was Trying To Spit Game To Rhaenyra But She Was Being Weird. Like You Saw Me Checking Her Out.. It Was So Much Drama, I Couldn't Finish My Food It Was So Much Tension There. Then You Saw How It Turned Into A Jerry Springer Show. I Just Dipped.
I love how this show has contested bloodlines, plain for everyone to see. But the phenotypes in question are..as arbitrary as in 2022. That's what it means to create a story that "reflects the world we live in."
Loved watching your reactions to this season of HOTD compared to your reactions to ROP! 😝 I hope you get to look into the lore and little details the show had that only people who read the books or listened to the lore would pick up on before season 2, because i think you would love this show even more! As long as they keep the amazing writing and keep in line with the lore, i think this show will do just as good if not better than GOT especially after the writers ruined it with the last season! The thing i like about this is that this story is finished in the book, so unlike GOT, the writers won’t have to come up with a weak ass ending that ruins the whole show for everyone!🤞🏼 Anyways, i thought it was an Amazing show! Definitely one of my faves already!
Princess Rhaenys is not the head of House Targaryen, that's why she said it wasn't her place to start a war (by barbecuing the usurper and his family and the priests). Kinslaying, as it would have been if Rhaenys had unleashed her dragon's fire upon Aegon, is a huge taboo in Westeros. Rhaenys wouldn't do it unless war had been declared.
The king did say that he wanted Aegon to be king. But he thought he was talking Rheanarya and meant her and Daemons son. The one they brought to meet him while he was in bed.. So of course Alicent assumed he meant their son.. And agree with you. This first season was better than GOT... My favorite character is Daemon 🔥 Paddy better be nominated for any awards possible. Such AMAZING acting from him. Especially episode 8. Him hobbling to the throne had me sobbing like a baby.. lol
Loved your reaction, this show is amazing!!! Loved how they ended the show with the one shot and her facing the camera. First episode when he named her heir it ended going to her face. They put a lot of thought into this and I cannot wait for the next season 💗
Still can't believe you haven't seen season eight of Game of Thrones Mello! You need to join the party 🌚 George has currently written five books in the main A Song of Ice and Fire series, the first volume of Fire and Blood (which House of the Dragon is based on), and I think three novellas about a Targaryen prince called Egg and his travels with a peasant knight, Dunk. He also co-created The World of Ice and Fire, about the world and history of Westeros, Essos, and other parts of the "planet".
Seriously. I've said it before, but people don't get how succession and feudal progeny work here. Rhaenyra is the heir, not Laenor. Because they are HER sons, they are not illegitimate. Laenor acknowledged them as his. End of story. Calling her a ho is weak and pointless. The poor girl TRIED to have children with her husband-- who, let's not forget, was fucking his piece on the side too. Loved the reaction, but man this always gets misunderstood.
But they are still born out of wedlock. Even with men those kids don’t stand to inherit but really her kids were just an excuse to oust her so it doesn’t really matter.
@@atypical1242 Technically, no. Again, Laenor acknowledged them all as his true born sons and they were born indisputably of the heir to the iron throne. Regardless of biological truth, that's enough. The real problem was the perception of the situation, which you rightfully pointed out, which the Greens took heavy advantage of.
Crazy How Some Of Yall Say That, But One Of The Situations Going On Through The Show Is The Fact The Rhaenyra Had Kids With Someone Other Than Her Husband... And From The Look Of It That's Very Frowned Upon In Westeros. But Hey Whatever, Will Always Be Some People Who Will Still Defend Someone. Like Yall Making Excuses For Her And Laenor.
Lmao I'm Not Surprised By The Amount Of People Who Are Defending Rhaenyra Lmao 😆🤣... SMH

me neither lol they get mad if youtubers or random ppl disagrees in something with rhae or daemon😆not me tho, I dont like rhaenyra since ep.7 she is awful -_- I can't even like her as a villain, she acts like a saint too much (I do emphasize with her sometimes but i do that with every character). I definetly love alicent's kids more, that targ-hightower mix is so full of power, chaos, cunt and fun i love them askjhgdakj
Viserys: Will the child live?
Daemon: Will the mother survive?
Also Daemon wasn’t laughing cause he’s an asshole at the funeral. It was because the man giving the speech Vaemon, was taking jabs at Rhaenayra during his speech about Valerian blood being pure. Basically calling her children bastards in a slick way. So Daemon laughed to take the attention from her.
I hate that game of thrones is so detailed writing that the viewers & fans can’t even catch the small symbolism stuff like that
@@jefferywill8683 I hate that you're such a fucking nerd
That and Vaemond was being so obviously salty and bitchy that it was kind of hilarious.
@@jefferywill8683 I caught it my first watch through, I think people just don't pay attention 🤷🏻♀️
The best boy ❣️
I am always amused by such logic. That is, she has a choice not to leave heirs, which is bad but not a crime. Or commit a crime.
@@HelloMellowXVI She definitely didn't do herself or her kids any favors.
Her kids were more obviously not legitimate than the "Baratheon" kids.
In all fairness to Rhaenyra, Viserys and Alicent's kids all have Targaeryan white hair even though Alicent has brown hair.
yup. and in the books rhaenys has black hair and laenor isn't black, so it isn't completely out of the realm of possibilities for them to have kids with dark hair
Rhaenyra's children are Targaryen though (through their blood), that's the only reason they can have dragons in the first place. They are not Velaryon.
46:46 "She was my only daughter and they killed her, they stole my crown and murdered my daughter, they sha'll answer for it." - Rhaenyra Targaryen
House of the Dragon was an amazing success. Only 60 pages of the books were turned into this.
The book were all 2nd hand historic accounts which helped them play with things that were never set in stone.
I was intrigued when they had Larys being the cause for his father and brother's demise. There was a lot of theories on that in the book. 💯
Also why he laughed in episode 1 when spying on the counsel
He also laughed to bring the attention to him instead of on Rheanyra and her kids
@@atypical1242 i think he laughed because Viserys said that he (daemon) had no ambition for the throne, which was obviously not true at the time
Viserys thought he was talking to Raenyra before he died.
46:28
Matt Smith is an excellent actor.
Give him a role where he gets to be a bit of an oddball, and some freedom, and you get magic.
My fav episode by far was episode 8 ...Paddy completely killed it!!!
Daemon picking up the crown and helping Viserys var totally improvised, the only pick up take was Daemon saying "Go on!"
Rhaenerya had five kids, all boys. Jacerys, Lucerys, and Joffrey, all by Harwin Strong. And Aegon and Viserys, by Daemon
The cinematography for episode 10 was god tier
as smooth as Roger Deakins or Janusz Kaminskys!
Alicent genuinely believed Viserys named Aegon heir but he thought he was talking to Rhaenyra
This show was amazing. The way they built the tension in each episode was brilliantly done. Daemon is my favourite character but Paddy Considines acting needs all the awards
Actually Viserys divied the realm by marrying Alicent and having kids with her, it was not Rhaenyra's fault
I agree it’s not rhaenyras fault but it’s also not really viserys either he didn’t want to get re-married Otto and other council men pushed him
It's all Otto's fault just cause he wanted to be king ,so he pushed everyone so that his family could be in line to be king and that way he'd be in power forever.
no it's his fault for naming Rhaenyra as heir
Daemon laughed at the funeral on purpose. Vaemond was lowkey taunting Rhaenyra in his speech and making shit awkward for her, and Daemon noticed so she chuckled to bring the attention and judgment onto himself rather than her and her boys.
Daemon was singign to his grandfather's the Old King Jaehaerys Targaryen dragon Vermithor "The Bronze Fury"

AEGON the Conqueror conquered Westeros many years before this show. Alicent’s son is Aegon II. Rhaenyra’s is Aegon III (aka Aegon the Younger).
Can't wait, loved your first half! 😁
I believe that it was traditional for kings/queens to sleep in separate beds, I've seen that in a few other shows/movies and more recently in "The Crown"
Matt Smith has been my favorite Doctor (Doctor Who), my favorite Prince Phillip (The Crown) and now my favorite Targaryan #Legend
It’s a civil war. That’s why most don’t want to start things even though they know it’s coming.
Lol the little tune over the actual theme song is fabulous! I appreciate episode 10 …. A lot
Just a insider: Jace, Luke and Joffrey are Targaryens because they are Rhaenyra's children. They are not Velaryons
An arrangement was made that they are Velaryons until its time for Jacaerys to be placed on the throne
Why You Comment That?
@@HelloMellowXVI it was mentioned in episode 5 when Viserys made the marriage pact with Corlys, regarding Rhaenyra and Laenor's wedding
@franciscobaeta2213 Yeah I Know That.
The page that Otto gave to Rhaenyra is from the 1st episode, Rhaenyra tore that page from the book and that page was about Nymeria fleeing her enemies with her people. So Alicent was trying to tell Rhaeneyra to leave Westeros.
Even if Rhaenyra and Daemon left Westeros, they will never be safe as long as Aegon under Otto's power and/or influence.
The crown aegon is wearing is the crown that aegon the conqueror, the first Targaryen king, used when he finished conquering westeros

✌️
Lmao no one said the scene was going on for too long. The opening scene of Driftmark is amazing in building the tension like you said.
Deadass this hits the spot💯long day and I come home to this🙏🏾
Your the 1ste reactor I've seen that actually commented on how Aemond ate that punch from Jace.

The gold cloaks were trying to close the door when Meleys came from the floor cus they're still loyal to Daemon and were hoping Rhaenys would torch the greens
im so excited to see what they can do with the gold cloaks still been loyal to Daemon
Team Black! Long live Queen Rhaneyra, the rightful Queen of Westeros
I love that they show the real brutality of a miscarriage. The pain, stress, depression, the hopelessness of the situation.
About Episode 6: Pay close attention to what Helena says and it's very important, I wish they had shown us more about Harwin and Laena that watching the series for the agent feels more pain when the characters die, so when I see the two characters die I was sad for the death of the two but not to the point of crying for them two characters, you know, I think the writers didn't want to show too much of the two characters for a simple reason and because they probably don't think it's important to the story
When Laena says she wants her husband back what she got married is true because the daemon is depressed and just realizing he just stays at home and reading a book and not sleeping well the daemon is Depressed he misses Viserys and Rhaenyra only he doesn't want to see them the daemon we know he doesn't and so
The daemon had spoken no with his head but still Laena died and sad I prefer what they did in the series than the book in the book she loses the baby then she gets depressed then one night she Deciding to go to her dragon but on the way she falls down the stairs and dies so I prefer it in the series and more emotional because we see her connection with the dragon,Daemon loved his wife so much that he made a no sign, he loves her and his daughters only the Writers didn' t show more in the book fire and blood wing that he loves his daughters and his wife more Unfortunately the Screenwriters Prefer not to show had two deleted scenes one and the daemon hugging his daughters already the other deleted scene and the daemon sending his daughters to the bedroom because they They were seeing their mother in the room trying to have the baby this is the reason why the daemon doesn't arrive at the time of Helena's death to prevent her from killing herself
About Episode 7: Who calls Rhaenyra's children bastards and Alicent, Aemond looks at her but won't say it was his mother because he likes his mother, Aemond doesn't like his brother Aegon so he says it was Aegon who keeps calling Rhaenyra's children of bastards but it's actually Alicent who focuses saying that Rhaenyra's children are bastards, Alicent is very lucky because she should be dead because she attacked the heir to the throne more like viserys and a weakling so nothing happened to Alicent
This episode was wonderful, the only problem is that the beach scene is very dark, they didn't learn from Game of Thrones, Daemon laughed because corlys' brother was badmouthing Rhaenyra's children look at Rhaenyra's reaction how uncomfortable she is in the scene
Daemon and Rhaenyra's wedding scene was so beautiful During the wedding ceremony, Daemon and Rhaenyra would draw two Valyrian glyphs on each other's foreheads, meaning "Fire" and "Blood" - the words of House Targaryen 🔥
About Episode 9: I didn't like that they did that everything was misunderstood in the book, Viserys never said that his son should sit on the throne when viserys died alicent i arrange everything for his son to be king and send men to kill rhaenyra in the book alicent he envious and ambitious
she just thinks of her differently in the series they keep putting her as a poor thing and a son who doesn't know anything and who does bad things are the others even her father and that's all wrong in the book who is villain and alicent already in the series keeps putting him as a poor thing for me a big mistake in this series and the personalities of what she did with Alicent, Rhaenyra and daemon like that and it is not obliged to be like the book more at least similar to the book in the series there are people who like Alicent I'm like what do you like Alicent i'm sure if people had seen the book before the series they wouldn't be liking this snake
Alicent she is a hypocrite remember in the fourth episode when she tells Rhaenyra that the Targaryens have strange customs and now she married her son with her own sister like her and a hypocrite and she
She is a terrible mother, even the actress herself says that Alicent is a horrible mother and just to see how he treats his children, look at the scene with Helena and Alicent, when Alicent goes to touch Helena, Helena takes her hand away Alicent just shows that Helena doesn't like her own mother and Olivia who plays Alicent I say that Rhaenyra is a great mother that she gives love to her children unlike Alicent,Only person who deserves sits on the throne and Rhaenyra because she sits on the throne alicent , Aegon or Aemond and only destruction
Viserys died with leprosy disease plus Alicent and Otto they were giving too much Poppy milk is a medicine that does good it makes you not feel pain but when you give too much poppy milk it will start to hurt So much so that daemon sniffed the glass because he knows the greens are killing his brother they are helping the king die.
Bro that edit you did with you at the dinner had me weak 😂😭
1. Aemond is iconic. End of story
2. Viserys dying at the table would have been so much better than what actually happened.
3. The music in this show is absolutely stunning
true
But then everybody would know he died and the next episode would not make sense and ruin the original storyline.
Rhaenyra allowed her husband to live his truth and her to live hereby faking his death.
Aegon at his coronation looking like he’s about to kickstart a MCR cover band.
I mean I genuinely think Alicent thought the king was saying Aegon (her son) was the savior of men. He meant Aegon (Jon Snow/The song of ice and fire). A frustrating misunderstanding..
Between now and the Mad King's reign, there was a lot of stuff happening. They could make about a good 8 seasons of content if they tried. 💯
As always I love the commentary-- thoughtful and funny. Never fails in making me laugh.
Check the English translation:
Fire breathes, winged leader
but two heads
For a third to sing
From my voice:
The fires spoke
And the price has been paid
with blood magic
With words of fire
with clear eyes
To tie the three
for you i sing
As one we come together
And with three heads
We'll fly like we were meant to
beautifully, freely
In the book Aemond he kills Luke and because he wanted not to and as he is showing in the series that he is sorry, the name of Rhaenyra's baby would be a girl and her name would be visenya
In the book Aemond he kills Luke because he wants to and when he gets home he celebrates and Aegon and alicent they celebrate luke's death different from the series they put it as an accident that the Two lost control of the dragons in the book there is no such thing as losing control of the dragons they spoiled everything in the series but anyway Aemond killed Luke he could have prevented it It was just him not following Luke but that asshole Aemond went after the kid now he's going to bear all the consequences now I' m wondering how they are they going to do this in the series because in the book the greens are all happy with luke's death for alicent, aegon and even aemond so i'm wondering how they are going to do it in the series because the writers put it as if it was an accident and that aemond didn't wanted to kill Luke unlike the book where he kills Luke because he wants to, I didn't like that much they did it just to make people feel sorry for the greens in my opinion
Rhaenyra wasn't dreaming of a dragon giving birth. Her own dragon, Syrax, was screaming in pain at her because they are so bonded. If you notice during the Battle of the Stepstones, Caraxes screams when Daemon is hit by an arrow. this shows how Rhaenyra and Daemon have a great connection with their dragons. Rhaenyra's anger burns the whole transition was so well done, her anger is completely justified compared to how they made Daenarys
Daemon as crazy as it gets, he loved his brother.
I fully believe he was heartbroken to see his brother in that condition. we books Alicent she hates Rhaenyra she was always jealous of Rhaenyra so much that I wish rhaenyra's death no and as in the series it shows that alicent is like that and because we books she does things because she because she is a bad person
Let's see the losses Rhaenyra lost mother and father and daughter and son and Daemon lost father and mother in childbirth and also lost his wife who is Laena and son and now he lost brother and daughter and two other children They are suffering, but each one of their own ways, the daemon starts preparing for war because he knows Otto very well and he is afraid of losing his family One thing I say is that the two really love each other rhaenyra she can't survive without the daemon They are the best couple like it or not they are everyone's popular Daemyra forever
Emma Darcy who plays Rhaenyra she says that the daemon never laid a hand on Rhaenyra that this was the first time that Rhaenyra her character didn't care much because she knows that the daemon did that and Because he's angry and he's letting his emotion out and she also says which character of hers cares the most about what she just found out that the daemon doesn't know about prophecy because Rhaenyra I thought the daemon knew because he was heir to viserys for 10 years that's why she put a smile on the side of her mouth because she just found out that her father always chose her and Rhaenyra had her doubts if her father wanted her as heir remembers episode 2 when Rhaenyra talks to Alicent poise now after years he got her answer The daemon must be sad because it's his brother and he just found out that he was never chosen and that brother never trusted him enough to tell him and that's more heartbreaking A script for the first season came out that HBO thought of putting in the story a scene that the viserys was thinking of telling the daemon then he starts talking to the daemon but then gives up only that they They didn't put this scene unfortunately
I think the biggest reason people didn't like the scene of Daemon smothering Rhaenyra is because he's supposed to be a bad guy to the greens, but the protector of his family. Daemon isn't a saint, but he's definitely not a villain. He does a lot of bad things, but he's a gray character, and loving his family and protecting them is one of his redeeming qualities and some writers are trying to take that away from him.
There are two teams the Green Team which is from Alicent and the Black Team which is from Rhaenyra, I hope to see Rhaenyra with fire in our eyes in the second season the greens will pay for everything they did
I hope you post your reaction to the second season of House of the Dragon,I loved your Black Widow shirt very pretty,I recommend a series for you to watch Doctor Who is very good there are 13 seasons I really want you to watch
Oh my god this made my day I thought I was gonna have to wait for this! 🎉

This about to get *wicked*
LOVING THE WAY YOU DID THIS.
BRILLIANT IDEA. BRILLIANT SHOW.
I WISH YOU GOOD FORTUNE IN THE WARS TO COME SIR.
16:19 Just because her mother rode that dragon does not mean dragon belong to her. Aemond got that dragon because he was not whinny little shit like rhenyra and daemon's kids. He took that dragon by risking his life.
The dragon was still Daemon daughter's dragon. Like there is not reasoning to discredit that. It just is what it is.
@@TyRicosuave By what logic That Dragon was Daemon's daughter's?
This choice is definitely going to guarantee a war and we all know in wars nobody comes out of it unscathed and that people die on both sides.
vhagar really said fvck around and find out
So, Mell, how was dinner with the Targaryens? 😏

"mount and blade" and "total war" I see we have a real man of culture here.
The “theme song” is sending me 💀
When you said you weren't hyped in the time jump I was just like wait for it lol episode 5-10 are crazy
Him hobbling to the throne had me sobbing like a baby.. lol
"How the Brownheads get a dragon before the Whiteheads. That's crazy."
Unfortunate phrasing perhaps? 🤣
You know the into actually changes from episode to episode, it's in the blood lines.
48:25 There are 10 kings (9 in the show's lore) beetween the monarch winner of the Dance of the Dragons and the Mad King Aerys II.
Loved your reaction, this show is amazing!!!

George has currently written five books in the main A Song of Ice and Fire series, the first volume of Fire and Blood (which House of the Dragon is based on), and I think three novellas about a Targaryen prince called Egg and his travels with a peasant knight, Dunk. He also co-created The World of Ice and Fire, about the world and history of Westeros, Essos, and other parts of the "planet".
“You are no son of mine…”
Lmao at you sitting at the dinner table 😂
Lucerys, Jacerys and Jofrey are still Targaryen
@@Munchkin895 yeah, calling her a ho was wild.
