In terms of value, Rochas Femme edt is probably the best chypre for the money right now. I even bought a backup because the current reform is solid. I heard the 2013 reform was too cumin-heavy so something like that could potentially happen again. 🙁 I'll be honest, just like you with Gris Dior, I wasn't in love with it at first, but the quality in blending eventually overcame my reticence. It's a piece of history that I think every perfume lover should own.
I will definitely check out that fragrance. Thanks for the suggestion. Gris Dior is mysterious yet effervescent. Sophisticated and approachable. I’m in love with it.
