Mam please help to find correct shade. I have never used makeup. I just want to hide my dark circles ( I've less dark circles , big round protruding eyes so sometimes it seems my eyes are dull and tired) Veins of forearms: purple +green . Face: fair (but it is pale yellow fair) I don't want highlighting concealer. I want perfect match concealer. Because I don't want to use other make-up products , just conceal my slight hollow dark circles is enough to get me presentable face.🥺
Actually i don't have the colorbar concealer. So, won't be able to comment. Sorry.. But if you can give some other reference (like fit me foundation etc) then i can try to help ☺

You can try shade 06. This will be lighter than shade 330 but still i think shade 06 will be the most suitable. In case you want a darker shade for colour correction, then you can use shade 01.
Both have same amount of yellow undertones. They only differ by skintone. But Sand sable is lighter. So from this point of view, light moyen may appear more yellow.
Shade 06 and 01 (01 is very deep, can be used for color correction & hiding extreme dark circles. Shade 06 would be a highlighting shade for deeper skin tones).
