You drive to the boat ramp and once inside the water pull a lever that switches the drive train to the propellers and away you go. They even built a larger version a few years back that holds like 30 people and would do a Fort Lauderdale driving and then intracoastal tour. Called the Duck tour. Wow in Miami Beach they still have the Duck tour 😊
