That is for me the most important upgrade in the recent years of the the Galaxy watch family, I always thought that the smartwatches from Samsung are so DAMN SLOW!
I thought 6 was fast, this turns 6 into a joke.
They finally decided on upgrading the chipset instead of boosting an older chip.
im sticking with the classic 6 i dont like the ultra's 7 design looks bad ill wait for a classic 8 (if theres one) to come out then ill up grade it
I have both i still use my watch 6 classic with bezel its much nicer! I don't know what he's uploaded to thos watch 6 because it definitely is not a slow watch! Must have it loaded up power saver in reducing ram etc or something both my watch 7 ultra and watch 6 classic power on together intact its pretty much the same watch! As of these more sensors for more accuracy to run battery down more, because the watch 6 classic is an absolute amazing bit of kit one my best for using when cycling instead of a Garmin its that good!
7 series is faster but ive never had an application take that long to install and im on the 5 pro
Not accurate i have a watch 6 classic it takes same time as my watch 7 ultra to power up! What have you done to the watch 6 it on power saver with reduced ram and full apps and faces etc or something it definitely doesn't run as slow as this! Either that or you need to factory reset it their is little difference between the 2 apart from design!

You should consider seeing an optometrist. Not only was the ultra faster at every task, but it was also noticeably smoother

It's just the ui... they will downgrade the old one so that the new one will feel significantly faster. My active 2 couldn't watch UA-cam again. Meanwhile, I do all those things then
Yes the ultra is faster, but if it's only that, i won’t make the switch for the moment. The new heart rate sensor and the sleep apnea detection, speak to me more then the rest.
Don't forget the new GPS sensor which is a lot better than before.
I had the 6 and now the 7, completly different product despite similar design
Honestly the heart rate sensor is about the same as the last two watches. Can’t say much for the sleep apnea detection as I don’t sleep with the watch on

To me, it never fails like the previous watch (double or half the HR) and it's faster with variations
@@riccardotorre no it’s not, Quantified Scientist, who’s an athlete and a data scientist showed that it’s barely better than the 6 series (so middle of pack for smartwatches). Reviewers are not data scientists lol. I’m an athlete and a pilot, I notice it’s about the same for measuring workouts and flights, which means it’s still far behind my Garmin and Apple Watch.
The sleep apnea feature will turn off after it detects that you have it. Plus, there are several factors that may stop you from being abke to activate it. High blood pressure, pregnancy, almost any other health issues, and you will be told not to use this function. Everything else is really negligible. 3 seconds vs. 1 650 vs 390. Hope this helps
