I just found this channel today. I made a similar mallet a few years ago with bbs but didn't add epoxy. I like the idea that it is not a dead blow mallet and I have to make one like yours now. Great video

I made a couple that way. I personally don't like the rattle and don't really feel a difference when using it. :)

So cool. Are you selling these mallets? I would definitely buy one. I made a few before but not dead blow mallet. One is a chisel small mallet and the other a huge Thor mallet. I like these though. Nice build!!!!!
