I have never played a tomb raider game and when this came free on Xbox, I had to do it so I’ve been playing it since yesterday now and I’m at this part😊

Bought this the day it came out before re buying definitive .. great game .. just had a lot to live up to with Rise of the TR.. which for some reason I liked better played on the Xbox One before I switched to Sony .. re bought Rise definitive for my Pro..WHICH I’m trying to finish this before I try at that one again.. “almost beat but got stuck on a shitty save spot “ lol.. anyways .. curious if you’ve beat all of them .. and thoughts on RISE

It’s amazing in deed. I just finished playing this game for 4th time. I haven’t been able to get 100% complete, only up to 85% this time
You dont need to use the grappling hook at 5:48 you can jump up to the square rock and then lean over to jump across.
Like seriously, who comes up with some of these puzzles like, how are you that creative
5:48 is the most cursed jump of the entire game, playing it on the hardest difficulty i died there 8 times respawning all the way back at the basecamp before i had to go and find a video. TYSM for the input guide, i would like to add to it that you need to jump while still holding right, simply jumping will make you bounce off air and die...

It’s OK you’re not the only one I’ve looked up so many videos since I started this game yesterday with some of these challenges cause I’d be working One for like an hour or or not able to figure it out or I get most of it done but like the last part so I do the same thing

Got stuck on the jump right and throw hook part at 5:43 .. Thanks for the guide. Another way to do it is to turn right, hold right and up key and then jump. Lara will grab on to the big stone and you can just slide right from there.
These games are damn good slow burners .. Shadow is one I took a year off and rebought it as the definitive Edition “worth it “.. finally just reached this 🔥 TOWER OF 💀.. and can’t find the access point damn it.. damn good game .. but Rise is still my favorite.. UPDATE.. that was much easier .. lol thanks .. I was being special .. and trying to climb from the middle .. 🤦🏻♂️🔨 long day at work 😉😉 thats the ticket
Thanks. I got stuck on that big turning contraption and couldn't figure out how to jump over to the right and use the grappling hook.

I just spent 20 mins trying to figure this out and i never thought to jump over them 🤦🏽
The puzzles remind me of God of war actually gameplay itself, reminds me of God of war, the sun degree I will say the puzzles and God of war 2018 and Ragnarok can be very difficult and annoying
After doing the first side & coming back it said I took too long
I really have no patience for this game lol. Not my thing. So many of these challenges just eat up so much time in trial and error or just not knowing what to do.
I did the left side first. So when tower lowered, I had to duck and run and then jump. That was not fun to do. Lol

Mine pre loaded the puller in the up position and it won't turn either .
The switch won't give me the option to turn it either .

At 4:15 where he’s running above and through the bladed turning things, mine aren’t turning? So I can’t run back through and complete it. Ugh !
