"killing monsters" as a fan, that line still gives me chills, i hope they create a game that u can create your own witcher like rpg. that would be cool
Create your own witcher/ choose your school and you already have a different story element for single RPG or an MMORPG. They could have a solely story driven game or a monster hunter style game (MMO) with story elements.
@@LSmallCatL I like the rpg idea, but not so much mmo idea. Hundreds of witchers (in many cases toxic ones, i mean, let's be honest here) running around would be big minus for me.
@@Koza6969 the problem with MMO's is that you gotta go real big to do something really good so I concede that just having Witcher running around would be half baked and not very Witcher-like. They'd probably have to have a whole MMO in the Witcher universe where only a few selected could become a Witcher. They did something similar with Jedi in Star Wars Galaxies however they fumbled it once they let everyone become a Jedi. Meaning = reducing the power (Jedi could handle 5-10 max lvl player solo) and of course exclusivity. So I'd probably put my money on a solo rpg that can be successful over an mmo that most likely would be a disaster.

The Witcher 3 is one of those pieces of art that future generations will look back on with awe the same way we view Shakespeare. It’s a master craft. As a game designer just thinking about the game brings a tear to my eye I will say though that the locomotion system (moving and controlling Geralt) is once of the worst systems I have seen. The controls and animation is just god awful.
Played on the PS4 back when it came out. Loved it. Playing now on next gen graphics is even more fun. Remembering some but also realizing new stuff second time through. One of my top 3 games ever.
I'm surprised WB never once thought about making this into animated series or a movie with the same voice actors, even if it's just a retelling of the trilogy or continuation picking up in Toussaint, the characters & the world are so well-established & realized, would love to see it all in real motion

@@ThinkYeaah honestly yah she is getting better only the skin color. And also Yen is starting really look like the Yen in witcher 2 again only the skin color.
It's better in every way, in the game they don't change main characters skin color for no reason, they all have the same accents in the show 🤷🏼, they don't follow the books story, the lines are badly written, there are many plot inconsistencies, they fucked up the characters relationships, etc...
Playing The Witcher 3 for the first time, so much fun so far. I'm missing a lot of the lore and story because I didn't play the first 2 games or read the books, but it's still fantastic.
These games taught me not just how to tell a story, but how to make a world feel rich and full, and how to make characters complex and alive. Disregarding the gameplay itself, the Witcher is what I compare all other games to.
Sound ... Visual. ... Gameplay ... The Trinity of perfection .... never has been topped ! and it probably will take years to top the combination of this even if the possibilities are already there
The witcher is the most impressive game to date I've played and I've been through most big titles, all loveable and amazing. But this one stands out because how fleshed out the universe is from the first moment. I played 1 and 2 after playing 3, I have literal months worth of playtime in the franchise yet the music never fails to make me want to boot it up again and go another route. It is so rich in culture, europian tradition, lore and secrets, endless details the game is practically alive and keeps on giving with the added question of morality of the narrative. I mean just watching this, and I've seen all these cinematics some time ago, I was completely captivated just sat on the floor and forgot I meant to do something else. Those fightscenes, man, how witchers dance with the sword, spin and jump - but not without technique, hard work or limitations. The characters are likable and complex, the rules are strong and even the witcher is powerless at times and must abide.Despite the fantasy it's probably the closest to what medieval lifestyle could actually have been. At times it's sad and cruel, but often it's cheerful and idyllic, with music, dancing, animals, nature and scenery...and Gwent
I have 1 question: Just why is netflix's The Witcher is not so beautiful as that cinematic? It would to be the best serial ever, but we have that we have :(

@@godlike119 imo rdr2 is too slow paced and focuses too much on tiny, insignificant details in order to make the game feel realistic. Would've be better if they put all that time into improving the missions and gunplay, horse's balls shrinking in cold doesn't really make the game any better
@@gamesite007 yeah u fortnite kids prefer everything to be super quick. Thats why rdr 2 is less popular than gta

Started with the 3rd game on PC, went and bought games 1&2 on pc at full price and now have once again paid full price for the 3rd game on PS5 and every single time I gladly did so knowing I got a great game. The Witcher: The Wild Hunt should go down as the greatest 3rd Person RPG of all time. Thank you for a cinematic movie, was a pleasure to watch!
Just finished my 6th playthrough, 1st time doing the gwent stuff. Got completely addicted to it. The Skelliga deck was hard for me but after awhile I got really good with it. If I live to be 100, I doubt there will be a video game that beats Witcher 3
Why did you first play Gwent for the 6th time? Any reason? Just asking.
@@M4xon_ honestly it never interested me in the least. I felt it took away from the story line. Geralt was finding Ciri before the Wild Hunt did yet stopping to play cards. Plus I didn't understand it very well. Once I learned it, I did regret not playing it sooner lol
Witcher 4
They really need to remake the first Witcher game!
That would be so great
I actually find W1 ridiculously charming. Has the best atmosphere in the series.
@@gosling4391 thank you! I felt like I was the only one who actually preferred the atmosphere of that game.
@@FrobergDK I love Witcher 2 I think it has a better sorry than 3 but I never played Witcher.
@@FrobergDK I like Witcher 1’s story and characters, but the combat and fighting in Witcher 1 always feels like a serious pain that it often blinds me to the story in my frustration. That one boss fight with the squid in the sewer near the end of the game almost made me drop it for good. I just can’t see myself playing 1 again after my first run, it’s just painful.
Still better then Netflix series 😉
It’s not even comparable, seriously..
@@BartSzczepanski76Because Netflix has no culture. Cancel culture is no culture
"killing monsters" as a fan, that line still gives me chills, i hope they create a game that u can create your own witcher like rpg. that would be cool
I start to laugh in Ave to how cool that scene is
Yeah, and choose your school
I will die a happy man, knowing that i have witnessed this timeless masterpiece on my PC. But hopefully 1 day the world will once again live in harmony and make more and even better adaption of our favorite games and movies free from modern extremist politics and agenda.
Fantastic! I could watch the opening fight a thousand times and never get bored.
at the end, if ciri chooses witcher path - it would have been cool if we could free roam as ciri

The Witcher 3 is one of those pieces of art that future generations will look back on with awe the same way we view Shakespeare. It’s a master craft.
As a game designer just thinking about the game brings a tear to my eye
I will say though that the locomotion system (moving and controlling Geralt) is once of the worst systems I have seen. The controls and animation is just god awful.
Don't forget Roach 😂
It all just got fixed fyi.
Played on the PS4 back when it came out. Loved it. Playing now on next gen graphics is even more fun. Remembering some but also realizing new stuff second time through. One of my top 3 games ever.
Holy shit 21:23 I finally understand what Zapkowski was talking about when he kept saying Geralt “Traced a semi circle with his sword”.
I'm surprised WB never once thought about making this into animated series or a movie with the same voice actors, even if it's just a retelling of the trilogy or continuation picking up in Toussaint, the characters & the world are so well-established & realized, would love to see it all in real motion
The books are way too long to tell in a movie. They even struggled making Dune and had to split it.
when I encountered Orianna, I didnt realize she was the one who sang the trailer song until she sang it in the orphanage. That made my jaw drop below sea level
damn. I forgot how good the musical score is on this game

The one game that deserves to be named "the best", even after those years I still get the goosebumps from the trailer!
omg this is the first time I see the ending clip from the vineyard... Witcher was magic, I have to read the books
Read them, they really are incredibly good
I almost forgot how the Geralt looks like in the game because of Henry Cavill but not Yen and Trish. I still treasure how sexy and hot they are in the game specially in Witcher 3.
Geralt is too iconic, can't forget him
Triss in series is terrible
I think Triss looks better in Witcher 2
They blackwash characters for no reason Philippa, Triss, Fringilla, Artorius, Nenneke. For absolutelt no reason

What do you mean, you never seen this before?
Six years later and still better then Netflix version. 🤣🤣
How
It's better in every way, in the game they don't change main characters skin color for no reason, they all have the same accents in the show 🤷🏼, they don't follow the books story, the lines are badly written, there are many plot inconsistencies, they fucked up the characters relationships, etc...
Very "difficult" feat
Not really hard beating braindead netflix writers
Ye loads better
the last video got me into tears. Damn it Geralt! Witchers are not supposed to have empotions!
Thank you God for letting me play this masterpiece.
What I love is all these trailers tie intimate the actual game and aren't just throw away scenes.

10x better than Netflix
Playing The Witcher 3 for the first time, so much fun so far. I'm missing a lot of the lore and story because I didn't play the first 2 games or read the books, but it's still fantastic.
Bro is it a first person game or a rpg?
And what's the specification of your pc?
mira las peliculas, es increible, yo las mire despues de 20hs del tw 3, para cazar mas cosas y referencias, es lo mejor
These games taught me not just how to tell a story, but how to make a world feel rich and full, and how to make characters complex and alive. Disregarding the gameplay itself, the Witcher is what I compare all other games to.
Didn't anyone from Netflix play the game and see how it should have been done? This is the Witcher we all wanted.
Sound ... Visual. ... Gameplay ... The Trinity of perfection .... never has been topped ! and it probably will take years to top the combination of this even if the possibilities are already there
the best game made in History, i play this game once i still can't get enough its so good 💖🥰
The Witcher invokes a special feeling
I want a show done in this much detail for the Witcher so bad
This is the Witcher show we need but not the Witcher show we deserve
Better then Netflix...
I have 1 question:
Just why is netflix's The Witcher is not so beautiful as that cinematic?
It would to be the best serial ever, but we have that we have :(
Cause the woman show runner thinks she's the smartest and makes things to her likeness, not caring if it's good or making any sense.
Bro why this video is 100 times better than netflix witcher?😂
Coz it is 100% passion and Netflix series is 100% bullshit and hatred
Can't wait till the update for the Series X so that I can play this for the 4th time!
