This game reminds me of an online game I played years ago (like in 2009) with a vampire who was going to sleep but his teddy bear gets kidnapped and it was a platform too, with evil skeletons and zombies and humans and the vampire was more human looking but could momentarily become a bat and fly for a bit
I feel like whenever platformer devs can’t think of a neat movement gimmick they just default to the Celeste midair dashing, but that begs the question… _Why would you wanna be like Celeste?_
@@oi_bruv Because Celeste has an ugly artstyle, an extremely basic movement gimmick, and is difficult just because it can be. Now if you take something like Pizza Tower which Celeste fans _loooove_ to compare Celeste to it has a familiar and lovable artstyle, a myriad of unique gimmicks throughout every level, and can be played casually or competitively.
@@kaiky_3821 You’re right, because this game not only added to the gimmick with the “item that lets you dash midair” being a candle you need to snuff to beat the level, but the game overall has a good artstyle and makes you plan out what order you need to snuff the candles in.
It's hilarious how the vampire has a batmobile.
In logic!
How else will he get around fast?
Hi! thanks for playing our game!! 🥰
No problem, thanks for the fun! Definitely will be keeping an eye out for whatever you make next!
I need to applaud the absolutely gorgeous animation and art direction. The opening stuck out to me in particular. Such a gorgoeus game.
THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGEND THE DEVELOPER THEMSELVES 😱
You’re doing it so easily, this really is another Tuesday night for the lil guy
Gotta take half an hour to cut out the lights. Nice pre sleep workout I guess.
The mansion is so big
Ah, yes, it's almost midnight, gotta prepare to sleep by setting off SN ENTIRE CASTLE WORTH OF TORCHES LMAO

Hello. Crankytemplar i love your videos great games you beat.

this done very well i dont like games like this puzzels n junk but this looks awesome
Vampcat? Catpire?
But if you misuse one blood torch dash you lose the level right? What happens does it immediately restart or is there a key that lets you restart?
It's possible to put yourself in a position that you have to restart and there's a button to reset the level.
@@CrankyTemplar Okay thanks!
❤
You couldnt convince me this isnt a TAS
Pretty sure the deaths would be a good argument against that.
