lee got the ultimate sound on this django track - the chops, the horns, the drums ( aston barrett ? ) - should be played on vinyl for sure - good on yer pinky for this piece of creative work
As I noted on a link to this, this is my mix! Glad to see it's out there but this isn't the final version so it's a bit rougher round the edges.. there's no huge differences but I'm intrigued as to where this came from :)
@@paulstuhlfelder9819 wow, thanks! I was a bit of an amateur, still am to be fair, so there is a 'last version' of it even if it isn't what I'd call 'finished'. I can always hear a couple of claps just off the beat but that's what happens when you try and mix 2 bands not strictly playing to tempo. @@paulstuhlfelder9819 I did a break beat version of the original 54-46 Is My Number. That kinda worked. Other than that I just did random stuff like trying to mash up Tubular Bells with Josh Wink. Let's just say you've heard me at my best!

Did you ever finish it? It’s the best mash up I have ever heard. A friend of mine sent it to me and claimed he made it on tractor😊😊
