Lovely little beach at the bottom of that decent. Seems a bit of a waste riding up and then down and not stopping at one of the most beautiful places on the island.
Afternoon Chris 👋 great to see Ken again 👏. Very canny video of those superb cycling roads and scenery 👍Looking forward to mallorca myself, this Saturday is challenge 70.3 paguera triathlon.......as you both say, it will certainly beat the weather here in the UK 🇬🇧! Minus 1 this morning up here in Northumberland!
Thank you for the video Chris. I've been lucky to have CK coaching me over the last year, one of the best cycling related decisions I've made. I'm often out in my BPC gillet &/or Zero Lemon attire. Great designs Chris. Keep well & I'll be looking forward to another video.
Hey Chris. Been meaning to ask you what you do to avoid saddle sores. I’m 45, and this year, I started getting saddle sores very often. I never had any before . I made no changes to bike, clothing or hygiene. I wash my bibs after every ride, use chamois cream, have a proper bike fit…Not sure what else to do - any advice ?
If you’ve had your saddle for long time, or done many miles on it, it could be that the padding and/or shell has lost some of its integrity, which can cause the pelvis to be less supported or sit off to one side and cause saddle sores.
Sometimes it does just happen. Check that the saddle is not broken or cleat position has slightly changed too. Any injuries or tightness could be connected to it too. Defo worth going back to your bike fitter for a check up. A bike fit is not a one time thing.
Well the weather looks better than Portugal, good luck to Ken and boys have a good week.
