@@LearnCAE i seemed to have gotten 2 different results so i understand the priority of the interface matters, i do understand it should be R1 to S1 but giving the priorities as that gives a turbulent flow

Why is in the interfaces its S1 to R1 and not the other way around
Good question. It is just the naming terminology in CFX. Anyway fluxes will be transferred from R1 to S1 only.
