    Thank you. I have two trigger fingers on the right Han and I have to use my left hand to do the last exercise otherwise the trigger fingers bend. hope that is ok! Hoping to not have surgery for basal thumb arthritis. Enjoying your videos

    Hi, I just finished practicing guitar and I was scratching my dog’s ears you came on and I realized I was doing one of your sessions. It was the hook stretch and hold. I generally doing some stretching and relaxing of my hands and fingers post practice cause I’m suffering from a bit of arthritis at 70. I like your sessions cause I’m noticing some changes that helped. Thanks.

    Enjoyed your video and clear explanations and the fact that you could do the exercises along with you.
    My problem is that my index finger on my right hand is completely stiff and has no flexibility. Will this flexibility ever return? Really need it to for fingerpicking my guitar which relies a lot on the index finger. Just can't use it at the moment, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated-Ian (UK)

    Thankyou. I have trigger finger on my left ring finger and I bit of trigger finger on right thumb. It’s my left hand that I care a bit more about as it’s my fretting hand for my banjo and other string instruments.

    I broke my elbow and I needed some finger exercise because my hand and fingers are still swollen from that cast swing brace. Hopefully this will help me.

    Hi, I turned 75 on Aug. 1st. My fingers feel "bigger" than they used to. I still have full range of motion. No pain...what are my fingers "saying" here please. Thank you fine ma'am, Pete 🙂

    Do these exercises 13:12 decrease the tendency for fingers to “lock up”? Very painful! Thank you!

    I notice with one hand when I do the knuckle bends trying to keep the fingers straight my wrist wants to get in on the action by flexing. If I try to keep it straight I feel quite a pull. I assume I need to keep it from moving?
