Could you maybe talk about or give advice on how to get vibrato like Mariah rose faith because I love her voice and she sounds awesome and I would like to improve my barely noticeable vibrato
@@franfrankie7 to increase your vib you want to focus on vocal fold contact. You can't learn vibrato but you can control it / learn to do what Mariah is doing where the vib is coming in at the end. Vib is a colouring device rather than something you need all the way through. Tag me in a video over in insta if you want some feedback. I can take a look if you like @zoestibivocalcoach

Fun fact: I found each artist at completely different times, like, literally years apart, so when I saw that they were all in one video, I freaked out.

@@johannaplockl463 😭 It’s so sad cause I was planning on going to see it on broadway after the shut down because the tour already canceled for the place I live near due to covid. But still, it was such a good show🥺
@@johannaplockl463 Based on everything Tina and co.have said and done it seems safe to say that none of the original cast will be in the movie. I wish they were but I understand. By the time filming started the OBC would all be 30-38 years old. On stage that's fine but film is a more intimate medium. It will be a fresh start.
They didn't say whether the London production is still in the works. If so, they might recast entirely there but I could see some Broadway folks making the trip -- like maybe Renee and Krystina. They were the only established mean girls left on B'way. (Because Ashley and Taylor had left long before the others)

As a senior in high school who wants to go into theater, this made me so emotional??? Like, how Mariah said she hadn't worked on certain technical stuff until she got college, I heard that and thought "I'm not the only one, then." And seeing her be a widely recognized professional from that makes me almost want to cry
While I'm here, suggestions for singers to react to:

- the Hunchback of Notre Dame off-Broadway musical, also known as my favorite musical ever
- Jacob Halley (I hope I spelled that right!). He does acapella covers of lots of different songs. My favorite: his cover of Hooked On A Feeling
- DOJA CAT (although some of her music isn't exactly family-friendly, so I understand if you wouldn't want to. But she has a really unique voice and I'd love to see you analyze it.)

I love both of you- Mariah was one of the first UA-camrs that got me into theater-- I would listen, then think "that's a cool song" and BOOM now I'm a hardcore theater nerd- Hannah's videos have really helped me with my voice and inspired me to learn more and strive to improve. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I needed to see this video. Sometimes when watching amazing vocalists doing their thing, it’s easy to get down on myself for not being at that level. But watching this video and seeing one of my favorite vocalists being given the same tips I’ve been given in a vocal lesson, it really reminds me to not get down on myself ❤️ I cannot wait to observe the master class with both of you!
