Wow! Gorgeus cars! And it seems to me that most of those sensational vehicles are in great condition. What I see often when there is a clip of car meets in the States that most cars are in doubtful condition or terribly cobbled together "customs". We have great US car meets in Switzerland, but Cadillacs are a bit on the rare side. But those you see are in general in stunning condition as well. This meet would be hazardous to my health. I might be in danger of having a heart attack because of overexitement seeing so many top Caddies in one place. There is even a 57/58 Eldorado Brougham! I met a guy at a car show with a black one that he had maticulously restored to brand new condition. He said that he owned a second one. Someone told me that he had been an employee for GM Switzerland. But I never saw the car again anywhere. A friend of mine (RIP) told me when we were young and broke there was one for sale many hours from our home. He drove there twice just to see and touch the car! They wanted about 40 000$ for it 45 years ago. We could have never afforded that car back in the day. To be honest I could not afford it today. I remember once that there were two 41 Sedanettes beside each other. The two owners did not know each other an by coincidence they met at this car show. But those cars just seem to have disapeared and I have never seen them again.
Back when automobiles had beauty, style, class and workmanship! 😍
