they were kinda crappy live in their "high period", they needed a 2ng guitar badly, whenever the drums went out was bland.... after the Rev died,i tried the album "Nightmare" but they never sounded the same anymore to me
Like his clean vox and the melody sounds good live they do kick ass do video for SO FAR AWAY a tribute to there drummer who passed very cool keep rocking
They might use an orchestra for a few songs, but Symphonic is NOT what they are. They're Modern Heavy Metal, but tend to branch out very wide in the sounds they like to use.
